The success of each organization depends undoubtedly on the quality of its management and management quality depends on decision quality and information quality on the quality of its measurement and proportion. Therefore, its accuracy and measurement has a key role in the success of the organization and the weakness of performance evaluation and managerial control system can transfer to a barrier for the growth of organization. Performance evaluation systems are now dividable to two traditional group (performance evaluation of an individual across reminding him about his performance) and modern group (developing and improving the capacity of evaluated individual and inclined to achievement of organizational objectives and strategies). One of the most authoritative strategic models in this field is the balanced scorecard (BSC) model in which entire aspects of an organization are dominantly investigated. However, no operational trend has been introduced for utilizing it up to now.In this paper, an operational trend is introduced to apply the foundations of BSC model and multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques. The most important goal of researchers in representation of new structure for creating development and growth capacity and permanent improvement is associated by a kind of providence, such that it can develop desirable organizational and work behaviors towards achieving the objectives and strategies of the organization. In addition, the strategic planning of Islamic Azad university of Semnan was modeled by suggested structure to validate the suggested structure's capacities. The results showed that outputs were more tangible for the personnel of the organization and the results were accepted by the managers of Islamic Azad university of Semnan.
Measuring organization performance plays an important role for developing better strategic plans. In today's competitive environment, organizations attempt for the product quality or offering the service, delivery, reliability capability and the customer satisfaction. These properties are not measurable only by traditional financial criteria and we need a method, which could consider non-financial factors as well. The present study of this paper proposed a hybrid of balanced score card (BSC) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) method for an empirical study of banking sector. The study proposes a model for assessing the Tose`eTa`avon bank performance, which is an example of governmental credit and financial services institutes. The study determines different important factors associated with each four components of BSC and uses analytical hierarchy process to rank the measures. In each part of BSC implementation, we use DEA for ranking different units of bank and efficient and inefficient units are determined.
Successful organizations share some identical factors that pave the way for their success. Among these factors, strategic management is the key to success for organizations to contribute more to the competitive world market of today. In this respect, the pivotal role of outsourcing cannot be denied. This research parallelizes the criteria affecting the outsourcing success as presented in Elmuti model with the Balanced score card method in the Tose'e Ta'avon Bank. In this research, questionnaires and interviews with experts helped determine the strategic goals at four perspectives of balanced score card method (at Tose'e Ta'avon Bank) and the relative weights were computed for each of balance score card (BSC) perspectives by using AHP method. As the next step, the indexes were prioritized by applying the quality function development(QFD) technique and considering strategic goals at four perspectives in section "WHAT" and the outsourcing success criteria of Elmuti model in section "HOW". At the end of algorithm, the results are compared with the Elmuti method. Based on the results, the hybrid proposed technique seems to perform better than Elmuti.
The goal of the present research is to identify appropriate methods for developing a study among students who attend educational department for different universities located in city of Tehran, Iran. We study different factors influencing students on development of methods for their studies. The primary method of research is questionnaire and its reliability identified by use of Cronbach's alpha, calculated as 0.905 and its validity defined by content method. To analyze information we use deductive statistical, t-student and ANOVA tests using SPSS 19 software. Results show that management and education of school based on development of methods for study and research is not function of gender, the education of level, and their field of study and it only follows their place of service. The results also indicate that student's conditions of study about their course are proper while their condition about the pleasure study and research is not favorable.
