Trata-se de um relato de experiência acerca de atividades do projeto de extensão “Promoção da saúde mental e qualidade do sono entre estudantes universitários, em tempo de pandemia da COVID-19” realizado por um grupo de professoras e uma monitora do curso de enfermagem de uma universidade pública da região sudoeste da Bahia, Brasil. O objetivo deste relato é apresentar a experiência de um grupo de professores universitários e uma monitora na construção, implementação e consolidação de um projeto de extensão sobre a saúde mental e qualidade do sono, em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19, entre alunos de graduação. Os temas abordados foram o distanciamento físico e o padrão de sono no período da pandemia. Nesse sentido, os alunos relataram suas vivências e seus sentimentos diante de tal situação que assolou o Brasil e o mundo, como mudança de rotina, alterações do sono, desânimo para realizar atividades, falta do ambiente acadêmico e dos colegas, questões relacionadas ao produtivismo, receio pelos familiares grupo de risco, dentre outros. Por meio das falas e escuta cuidadosa, percebeu-se que é fundamental tais atividades para o cuidado relacionado à saúde mental dos estudantes universitários, o que repercute positivamente também para saúde física.
Introdução: O processo de trabalho em saúde é estruturado a partir dos seus agentes que possuem saberes e práticas já estruturados e o controle sobre o objeto de sua ação. Objetivo: Analisar o processo de trabalho da equipe Saúde da Família para a resolubilidade da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF). Material e métodos: Abordagem qualitativa, crítica analítica; utilizaram-se como técnicas de coleta de dados a entrevista semiestruturada e a observação sistemática. Os campos de estudo foram às unidades de saúde da família de Feira de Santana/BA. Os participantes foram usuários e trabalhadores de saúde da ESF, totalizando 17 pessoas. O método para análise dos dados foi a Análise de Conteúdo Temática. Resultados: Foram discutidas as concepções sobre o processo de trabalho na ESF, com foco em sua prática e objetivos, ressaltando as relações concebidas entre gestores dos SUS, trabalhadores de saúde e usuários da ESF na Produção do Cuidado em busca da resolubilidade das ações de saúde, frente às necessidades dos usuários. Conclusão: Na abordagem do estudo, o processo de trabalho nas USF estudadas tem desempenhado ações que obedecem aos programas ministeriais, mantendo uma organização nas atividades rotineiras do serviço, porém limitando o acesso dos demais usuários que não se enquadram nas especificidades de cada programa.Palavras-chave: processo de trabalho, estratégia de saúde da família, relações.
A pandemia da COVID-19 trouxe uma série de consequências para a população mundial, incluindo a interrupção das atividades presenciais das universidades brasileiras. Entende-se que alterações no estilo de vida de estudantes dos cursos de graduação em enfermagem podem ocorrer, em decorrência do isolamento/distanciamento social. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os fatores associados ao estilo de vida de estudantes de enfermagem durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se de um estudo transversal que coletou dados por meio de questionário online enviado aos estudantes de enfermagem de uma universidade pública do interior da Bahia. Foram 86 alunos que responderam de forma voluntária a dois instrumentos: um sobre dados sociodemográficos, comportamentais, emocionais e atitudinais (autorreferidos), também relacionados à pandemia da COVID-19 e o inventário sobre o estilo de vida de Nola Pender. Foram desenvolvidas medidas de tendência central e dispersão. Os dados foram descritos por meio de frequências absolutas e relativas, médias e desvios-padrão, bom como valores mínimos e máximos. O estilo de vida foi analisado por meio da escala de “Perfil de Estilo de Vida de Nola Pender” e foram empregados testes não-paramétricos. O estudo apresentou correlações entre a variável gênero e nutrição, religião e suporte social, se está cuidando de alguém durante a pandemia e suporte social, se está praticando atividade física e exercício físico e se está tendo hábitos saudáveis na pandemia da COVID-19 com suporte social. Nesse sentido, recomenda-se um olhar atento das instituições universitárias com relação à promoção do cuidado e autocuidado do estudante universitário.
Objetivo: Compreender os saberes e impactos assistenciais da Internação Domiciliar (ID) em um município do sudoeste baiano sob a ótica dos profissionais de saúde deste serviço. Material e métodos: Estudo qualitativo e descritivo realizado com 11 profissionais de saúde da ID. A coleta de dados foi realizada mediante entrevista semiestruturada nos meses de março e abril de 2014, com posterior análise de conteúdo segundo Bardin. Resultados: Os principais saberes estão relacionados ao conceito do programa de ID, critérios de inclusão dos usuários e a sua diferença em relação ao cuidado em ambiente hospitalar. Os principais impactos são: redução de reinternações hospitalares, aumento das vagas de leitos, maior participação dos familiares no cuidado, garantia da equidade e universalidade. Conclusão: O conhecimento da estrutura organizacional da ID pode auxiliar na melhor qualidade de assistência em domicílio, promovendo um cuidar pleno e efetivo.Palavras-chave: profissionais da saúde, serviços de assistência domiciliar, saúde pública.
