In the North Krembangan area, precisely on Dapuan Street V, Surabaya City, there is a catfish pond managed by the RT management there. However, after tracing the results of catfish farming, it is only distributed in raw form and no processed catfish products have been produced. Therefore, we propose to innovate processed catfish floss products by considering the ease of obtaining raw materials for production and also at an affordable price. In addition, when viewed from the community there, most of its citizens do not have permanent professions, so it is necessary to provide socialization related to processing and developing the potential of processed catfish products. The implementation method uses science and technology simulations in the process of processing catfish into shreds. Through the application of science and technology, it is one of our ways to help owners and the surrounding community carry out business productivity in the area. With this activity, we hope to be able to have a good impact in the context of providing education related to catfish processing and also the business potential that can be pursued to improve the living economy of the people of North Krembangan.
