Globalization is economic in its origin, based on the removal of barriers and borders to allow the movement of trade and the free movement of goods and capital. Although economy and trade are intended for themselves in globalization, globalization is not limited to the West alone, but to the cultural and social life, including the Provisions of the behavioral patterns, schools of thought, psychological attitudes, and that shaping the identity of the peoples, nations and individuals. The paper sheds some light on the jurisprudential attempting efforts to show concept and significance of the phenomenon of globalization are varied and they did not report the basic right way yet. Some of those jurisprudences were limited to describe its phenomenon as a process of Americanization of the world, and any dissemination of American culture. We have traced some negative risks of globalization, and its effects on the Arab youth at all levels, but it does not justify the prevailing view of the Arab people and considering globalization as strategy of US imperialist, and that globalization is the Americanization of the world, and its goal is getting weak States and looting and impoverishment. The Arab Spring remains a historical stop for human rights given the lessons; it underscores on Arab understandings and approaches to human rights. The Arab States has made great strides in achieving Arab regime for the protection of human rights, a major step by establishing an Arab court for this purpose. Although the establishment of such a tribunal came very late compared with their counterparts from other regional systems but the Arab documents and instruments relating to human rights in the Arab countries know early attempts and repeated but all led to the failure that was released with the approval of the successful millennium to the Arab Charter for Human Rights, then the establishment of the Arab Commission for Human Rights and the establishment of the Arab Court of Human Rights in 2014. The United Nations has defined human rights as: a set of universal legal safeguards for the protection of individuals and groups against any governmental violations that may infringe on fundamental freedoms and human dignity. The region has suffered of conflicts and flaming wars in the phenomena, that predicted a flaw in stability that would inevitably result in human rights violations beginning with war crimes, crimes against humanity, murder, torture, enforced disappearance, and deprivation of liberty, religious and ethnic persecution. As for human rights in Syria, there is a systematic policy of violating human rights in Syria with complex and interrelated difficulties, starting with the desertification of the Syrian homeland from any true civil society activity such as the defense of human rights during the long decades of tyranny and the security state in each country. The life of the Syrian citizen, leading to the tragedy of forced disappearance, whether by killing or arresting many human rights activists, who during the short period of the Syrian revolution, managed to grasp the basic keys to work in the field of human rights and to present it correctly and honestly.
The end of the Cold War formed a new stage in the history of international relations, characterized by rebuilding many of the concepts that had existed since the age of mankind and giving them priority in political speeches because of their direct connection to international phenomena. Among the vast amount of these concepts we find "the term crisis" Which is one of the most used terms in our time that can be described as the era of crises. Today's crises have touched all aspects of life and are present at all levels and levels, whether at the individual level, when the individual faces psychological and social crises in his daily life, or at the national level in the face of governments and institutions for political crises And economic, as well as at the international level, the emergence of what is known today as international crises of transnational extensions and is the subject of study in this research paper. As for the term international crisis, it was not used in international politics except in the nineteenth century, with the contributions of John Krieg Und Friended, which came to express the transition period between peace and war. In the sense that there is a crisis, there is no war and at the same time there is no peace. In this sense, it refers to the stage of no-war, no peace. The Middle East is not only defined by trade relations, diplomatic interaction, or regional organizations, more than any other region in the world, but also by its tough power and military capability. This has been the case in the region's recent history and will remain so for the foreseeable future. However, since the collapse of the Ottoman Empire a century ago, the Middle East has not witnessed convulsions, regional turmoil and internal conflict as it is witnesses today.
The study aims to diagnose the theoretical and intellectual fundamentals of the two phenomena of political behavior and organizational conflict of the members of the parliament of Jordan (of Notables and Parliament), also it aims to reveal the relation among the basic dimensions of political behavior and organizational conflict, and its organizational and psychological impacts within the causality concept as long as related to both political behavior and organizational conflict. The study sample consisted of 78 members in the parliament, who have been chosen in a random sample and it formed a rate of 30% of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire as a tool to gather the necessary data for the study and led to a number of results: 1. There is a difference in the patterns of political behavior and patterns of organizational conflict among the members of the parliament (Notables and representatives). 2. There is a difference in the political behavior strategies and organizational conflict strategies among the members of the parliament. 3. There is a statistically significant correlation between the political behavior dimensions and all of the variables (sex, marital status, functional expertise, and presence times to the parliament and the party to which it belongs), with a rate of 70%. 4. There is a statistically significant correlation between the organizational conflict dimensions and all of the variables (marital status, and presence times to the parliament), with a rate of 29%. 5. The results showed that the political behavior dimensions combined (agreement on objectives, agreement on public policies and personal agreement) and it has been shown a rate of 52.2%, 46.3%, and 48.8%, respectively of the total variation in the organizational conflict dimensions.
