Organizational justice refers to fairness and ethical behavior within an organization. One of the most important needs of employees is to build trust between them and their supervisors. High levels of trust in organisation would result in lower evaluation costs and control of other mechanisms. As building trust would cause reducing the cost of evaluation and control, and the effectiveness of organisation, therefore, it is important to examine the factors that lead to building trust between the employees and their supervisors. Trust as a willingness of person to vulnerable to the actions of the other partner and having expectation others will act in a way that is important for the trust. The fair behaviour by managers makes employees feel more trust and they could understand their true dignity in organization. Therefore, justice acts as a factor to increase trust in the organisation and makes employees more motivated to work together. If employees feel supporte by the organization, thus they will add the commitment to the organization. One of effective methods to increase organizational commitment is perceived organizational support. Organizational support has effect on increasing commitment and job involvement.
Organizationperformance is the most effective means identity is created through it. Awareness performance of all aspects of an organization is vitalfor managers' decisions. To achieve this awareness should performance correctly measured and are discussedas understandably. Organizational identity is a strategic tool for achieving objectives and vision. Organizational identity is related to experiences and ideas in general member have about organization. In this study,explain to importance of organizational identity and its issues and alsoits effects in organizational performance. This way its importantbe taken into consideration more than ever.
The organization is a social institution with objective and system that due to a series of structure of conscious done specific activities. This study is descriptive-analytical and based on objective is applied. The statistical population of this research is 151 sale forces in industrial cities companies of Ardabil (Iran) and 108 sale forces as the sample size were selected. Sample method is Simple random. Questionnaire was used to collect data. Content method was used to determine the validity of questionnaires and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for reliability that was obtained greater than 70%, thus questionnaire is reliable. In this research, for statistical data analysis was used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods. The result of research show that performance of outcome and behavioral have impact on performance qualities of sale forces in industrial cities companies of Ardabil.
