We developed 1000PPI OLED display based on LTPS to improve the RT and MPRT and solve the screen door effect. Different OLED pixel circuits including basic 3T1C and driving schemes consist of incessant and intermittent emission were compared and applied to achieve the key spec for VR applications. We studied the optical correction for Mura improvement and the driving TFT stabilization treatment for luminance depression optimization.
The paper is proposed that adding OC layer after black matrix process during sensor can improve surface strength of TLCM and surface strength will be better with the increasing thickness of OC layer. The result is suggested that slimming OC0 thickness (<0.8um) significantly sloved optical problem-rainbow issue caused by the wrinkle of OC from ITO sputtering at high temperature (230 ); When OC0 thickness exceed over 0.8um, we can adopt lower temperature ( 180 ) ITO sputtering to eliminate rainbow. The paper is also shown to optimize index matching layer to adjust chromaticity and pattern shadow.

According to the construction process for dynamic visual simulation, accurate image show the complexity of the construction process. Visual simulation provides an intuitive basis for the construction organization design and construction scheme optimization; enhance the level of construction management.
In order to improve the quality of ProCAST casting simulation, a pre-processing method is proposed based on Pro/E software and HyperMesh software. In this paper, Pro/E software parametric solid modeling and HyperMesh finite element meshing functions were used, a ProCAST pre-processing method is proposed based on Pro/E and HyperMesh software, it overcomes the meshing problems of ProCAST casting simulation and achieves the connections among Pro/E, HyperMesh and ProCAST. Compared with the basic ProCAST casting simulation meshing module, the Pro/E and HyperMesh pre-processing method improves the accuracy of modeling and meshing, the method is easy to realize with high accurancy.
