Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the mental health of pregnant women. Women are prone to psychological problems such as fatigue, emotional disturbances, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Anxiety of pregnant women must be prevented so as not to cause negative impacts on pregnant women and their fetuses. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the triggers for anxiety in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic based on a systematic review. Method: The method used to search in PubMed, ProQuest, Google Scholar with the publication year starting 2020-2021. The critical appraisal used is The Joanna Briggs Institute JBI. Results: 20 articles met the inclusion criteria. Research and studies were conducted in China, Iran, Canada, Turkey, Indonesia and the USA. Anxiety trigger factors are identified into 2, namely threats to physical integrity and threats to the integrity of one's own system. Threats to physical integrity consist of age, parity, physical activity, trimester of pregnancy, pregnancy complications, food availability, COVID-19 prevention efforts. Threats to the integrity of the self system consist of education, occupation, history of depression, unplanned pregnancy, family income, location of residence, presence of caregivers, health facility services, COVID-19 information, life partners, social support, counseling, telemedicine and insurance services. Discussion and conclusion: There are many factors that cause anxiety during a pandemic. There is a need for new identification to identify risk factors for anxiety in pregnant women so that more comprehensive prevention efforts can be carried out involving various health professions in the service. A mother often has problems in exclusive breastfeeding, one of the main obstacles is milk production that is not fluent. Traditional plants that are allegedly able to facilitate breast milk, one of which is winged bean. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional content of winged bean. This research is a literature study using the traditional review method. Data were obtained from various literature sources by searching through the internet in the form of research results in the form of journals, articles, theses, theses, and dissertations both abroad and domestically. The results of this study are that winged bean contains complete nutrition that can increase milk production. Hormones that can increase milk production are prolactin and oxytocin hormones. The active compounds in winged bean are allegedly able to increase milk production. Winged bean may be an alternative to Galactogogue although it still needs further research
Tingkat mortalitas ibu di Indonesia terbilang sangat tinggi. Data menunjukkan sebanyak 4.627 kematian terjadi di tahun 2020, 1.110 kasus diantaranya disebakan karena pre eklamsia. Deteksi dan penatalaksanaan dini pada ibu yang memiliki risiko preeklamsi sangat penting untuk menurunkan risiko kematian ibu. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pre-eklampsia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan jurnal-jurnal penelitian tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pre eklamsia. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan desain Systematic Mapping Study. Data dihimpun melalui artikel dengan minimal publikasi 5 tahun terakhir. Sepuluh artikel sumber data diperoleh dari database Google Schoolar, Pubmed, dan Garuda. Pengumpulan artikel menggunakan PEOS, disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan instrumen penyajian hasil studi literatur. Teknik review menggunakan Compare dan Contrast dengan mencari kesamaan dan perbedaan dari artikel yang telah ditemukan, sehingga peneliti mampu menarik kesimpulan sesuai dengan tujuan khusus peneliti. Hasil review adalah Kejadian pre-eklampsia pada artikel berada pada rentang 42-323 kasus. Terdapat 19 faktor yeng berhubungan dengan kejadian pre-eklampsia. Seluruh faktor memiliki nilai p<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan kejadian pre-eklampsia secara nasional maupun internasional masih tinggi. Faktor tertinggi penyebab pre-eklampsia adalah usia ibu dan hipertensi kronis
