This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction and service facilities on tourist satisfaction in Pamah View tourism, Langkat district. The population in this study were all people who came to travel to Pamah View, Langkat district. In this study, data were collected through a questionnaire method for 95 respondents who were obtained using random sampling technique. The type of data in this study is quantitative data analysis, quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 21 application. The results show that Attractiveness (X1) and Service Facilities (X2) simultaneously significantly influence tourist satisfaction in Pamah View tourism, Langkat district. Therefore, it is necessary to renew the form of tourism so that it has an attraction for tourists and also improves service facilities must be packaged and run properly in increasing tourist satisfaction in Pamah View tourism, Langkat district.
The large variety of tourist objects in Langkat Regency, of course, provides many choices for tourists to do recreation. Therefore the need for an innovation strategy in creating competitive advantages in the tourism industry. This study aims to determine the effect of innovation strategy on competitive advantage in the tourism industry of Kab. Langkat. The sample in this study were students, local workers and the community who traveled in Kab. Langkat, with a sample of 122 respondents with the sampling method used is purposive sampling. The dependent variable in this study is competitive advantage and the independent variables in this study are leadership orientation, type of innovation, source of innovation and level of investment. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Research data was collected using a questionnaire which was then processed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results obtained from this study are that the innovation strategy has an effect on competitive advantage in the tourism industry in Langkat Regency.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the performance of MSMEs in Medan City has decreased. The use of digital platforms is one of the strategies that must be implemented by MSMEs to survive amid policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of E-Commerce as an effort to increase sales and maintain the MSME business of Medan during the pandemic. The population in this study is the total number of MSMEs registered with the Medan City MSME Office, which is 1.717-MSME units. The sampling of this study uses purposive sampling with the sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using the Slovin formula. The samples in this study were 323 samples. The research method uses qualitative descriptive analysis to assess the condition of natural objects or situations of research objects and understand social phenomena from the perspective of participants and quantitative for data processing using SPSS software tools version 21. The results showed that E-Commerce has an effect on improving performance and can maintain business continuity so that it can survive during the current pandemic. The implications of this research are expected that MSMEs will be able to sustainably maintain business continuity and can increase business sales.
Capital market is an economic activity that trades securities according to investment, namely stocks, bonds and mutual funds. The capital market was developed in order to accommodate the needs of people in Indonesia who wish to invest in capital market products. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest of Medan students in investing in the capital market. The sample in this study is Medan students who want to invest and try to invest in the capital market, with a sample of 122 students with the sampling method used is purposive sampling with the Slovin formula. The dependent variable in this study is interest and the independent variables in this study are minimum investment capital, perceived return, perceived risk, investment benefits and motivation. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was collected using a questionnaire which was then processed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results obtained from this study are the perceived investment benefits variable (X1) and perceived return (X2) have less effect on student interest in investing, while the Self efficacy variable (X3) and knowledge of investment (X4) affect the interest of field students in investing in the capital market.
