<p>Pendekatan Agile telah diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk membuat rekayasa perangkat lunak yang fleksibel dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus, dengan mengangkat kasus pengembangan sistem e-musrenbang Kelurahan Benoa Bali. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menerapkan manajemen proyek berbasis agile pada kasus tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah <em>in-depth interview</em>, observasi dan <em>focus group discussion</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengembangan proyek adalah 8 minggu. Proyek menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum yang membagi proyek menjadi 4 sprint. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui <em>focus group discussion</em> dengan pihak <em>product owner</em> dan pengguna sistem. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan agile dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan e-musrenbang Kelurahan Benoa Bali. Pengguna sistem dapat menerima kehadiran e-musrenbang dan memanfaatkannya dalam proses pengajuan usulan perencanaan pembangunan di Kelurahan Benoa Bali.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Agile Approach has been introduced as an attempt to make software engineering flexible and efficient. The research was case study research, with case of e-musrenbang system development in Benoa Village Bali. The research objectives to implement agile project management in that case. Data collection methods used were in-depth interview, observation and focus group discussion. The results found that the project development time was 8 weeks. The project used a Scrum framework that divided the project into 4 sprints. System evaluation is done through focus group discussion with product owner and system users. It can be concluded that the agile approach can be applied in the development of e-Musrenbang in Benoa Village Bali. System users accepted e-musrenbang presence and utilized it in the process of submitting proposals for development planning in Benoa Village Bali.</em></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p>
Vocational Blended Learning (VBL) has been applied in Information Systems Management courses at one of the vocational colleges in Indonesia. This research objective was to measure student learning result after going through the learning process with the VBL model. The research was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, with simple random sampling of 51 students who were divided into control class and experimental class. Learning results data were obtained through the comparison of the pretest and posttest results both in the field of theory and practice. The results in the control class showed that for the theoretical field there was an average increase in value of 18.619 points, the field of practice obtained an average increase in value of 75.72 points. While in the experimental class there was an average increase in value of 16,075 points for theory, and 76.8 points for practice. It can be concluded that there was no significant difference between conventional learning models (control class) and learning with blended learning models (experimental class). Therefor blended learning can be applied in vocational education through the Vocational Blended Learning model.
E-learning is the use of information technology and computers to create learning experiences. Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB) as one of the educational institutions in Indonesia has implemented e-learning in the learning process. Because of the importance of the PNB e-learning, an evaluation of the PNB e-learning system must be carried out. The object of this research is PNB e-learning system and the model used to evaluate PNB e-learning system is Human Organization Technology Fit (HOT FIT) model. The HOT Fit model can assess the success of information systems, acceptance of system, and assess the compatibility between human-organizationtechnology in system implementation. The Human Compenent consists of System User (SU) and Users' Satisfaction (US) variable; the Organizaton Component consists of Organization Structure (OS) and Enviroment (E) variable; while the Technology Component consists of System Quality (SQ), Informatio Quality (IQ), and Service Quality (SerQ) variable. These variables are considered to have an effect to Net Benefit (NB) of the e-learning system of PNB. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square. The results show that Information Quality (IQ) variable has a direct and significant effect on System User (SU) and Users Satisfaction (US) variables and indirect effect on Net Benefit (NB). System User (SU), Users Satisfaction (US), and Environment (E) variables also have a significant direct effect on Net Benefit.
