ResumenAunque la literatura ha abordado ampliamente el estudio de la prisionización, el análisis de los efectos de las variables criminológicas en la adaptación a prisión y del estatus social en prisión, y de éstas en el ajuste psicoló-gico y las destrezas cognitivas que emplean los internos no ha sido suficientemente trabajado. Para conocer de ello, evaluamos en variables criminológicas, adaptación a prisión, estatus social en prisión, ajuste psicológico y destrezas cognitivas a una muestra de 112 internos varones en cumplimiento de una pena privativa de libertad de una prisión portuguesa, con edades entre 23 y 74 años (M = 40.40, DT = 1.04), 77 (68.8 %) con antecedentes penales (reincidentes). Los resultados revelaron que las variables criminológicas (e.g., problemas en la familia) estaban relacionados con niveles más bajos de adaptación a la prisión. Además, los internos presentaban peor ajuste psicológico que la población general, y los reincidentes que los primarios. INTRODUCCIÓN. El impulso de la mediación y el respaldo normativo a los procedimientos alternativos de resolución de conflictos en la adolescencia ha creado la necesidad de dotar a los profesionales que trabajan en ese ámbito de instrumentos de evaluación, a fin de planificar las estrategias de mediación. Por ello, se diseñó un estudio con el objetivo de crear y validar una escala para evaluar las tácticas empleadas por los adolescentes en la gestión y resolución de conflictos. MÉTODO. Se aplicó un pool de ítems (50) que miden (procedimiento Thurstone) la gestión del conflicto a 773 participantes con edades entre 10 y 17 años (M = 12.43, DT = 1.31), y de ambos sexos (50.97% mujeres y 49.03% varones). RESULTADOS. Un análisis factorial confirmatorio validó una escala compuesta por 22 ítems, que se estructura en torno a tres factores (modelo): medios colaborativos, pasivos y agresivos. Además, se observó invarianza del modelo en las submuestras de hombres y mujeres (difCFI < .01) y constató la validez externa (i.e., convergente y discriminante) de la medida. A su vez, tanto la escala como los factores se mostraron fiables (α y ω > .70). DISCUSIÓN. Se discuten las implicaciones y el valor de este instrumento de medida para la intervención en este ámbito y para el diseño de programas de mediación que promuevan habilidades para la resolución del conflicto y de prevención de la violencia.

INTRODUCCIÓN. La violencia de género ha sido reconocida como una violación de los derechos humanos y un problema global de salud pública que afecta a las mujeres maltratadas y a los hijos/as, si bien estos han sido frecuentemente invisibilizados como víctimas. La literatura pone de manifiesto las consecuencias de la exposición a la violencia de género en los niños, niñas y adolescentes, a nivel físico, psicoemocional, conductual y también a nivel académico y social. De cara a atender sus necesidades, en el ámbito internacional y nacional se han desarrollado distintas iniciativas, no obstante, la perspectiva de los profesionales sobre las respuestas de apoyo y acompañamiento a los hijos e hijas ha sido escasamente investigada y sistematizada. MÉTODO. En este estudio nos planteamos analizar cuáles son las medidas que los/las expertos/as consideran adecuadas y factibles para atender las necesidades de los/las hijos e hijas víctimas de violencia de género. Para ello, tras una revisión de la literatura, se elaboró un pool de medidas o buenas prácticas de las que se seleccionaron un total de 53, que fueron valoradas por panelistas expertos/as provenientes de distintos ámbitos (educativo, sanitario, jurídico, social y fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del estado), en una escala tipo likert. Mediante el análisis del grado de consenso se constató la fiabilidad de las puntuaciones otorgadas por los expertos/as, para las dimensiones adecuación y factibilidad (método Hanlon). RESULTADOS. Tomando como punto de corte el tercer cuartil, se seleccionaron aquellas medidas o buenas prácticas que los expertos evaluaron como adecuadas y factibles. DISCUSIÓN. Teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones de este estudio, se discuten las implicaciones que podrían ser de interés para las administraciones competentes en el diseño de la formación y de los recursos de atención y acompañamiento a los niños, niñas y adolescentes
La violencia de género es una de las plagas más extendidas de nuestra época. En España, las estadísticas señalan que mueren entre 60 y 90 mujeres al año, asesinadas por sus compañeros, novios, maridos o exmaridos. Estos datos dieron lugar a la entrada en vigor de la Ley 1/2004 de 28 de diciembre, sobre medidas de protección integral contra la violencia de género, orientadas a sensibilizar, prevenir y detectar problemáticas de esta naturaleza. Concretamente la Ley marca que estas actuaciones han de observarse en los siguientes ámbitos: educativo, publicidad, medios de información, sanitario, asistencia social y jurídica a las víctimas. Las políticas derivadas de la misma se han concretado en actuaciones con las víctimas, mujeres e hijos y los maltratadores. En este trabajo, analizaremos las diferentes actuaciones locales que se están llevando a cabo desde la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla en el tema de inserción social, laboral y atención personal a las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, centrándonos en el colectivo de la mujer de origen bereber. Finalmente, relacionaremos las acciones con la previsión de la Ley 1/2004, incidiendo en el ajuste a las necesidades específicas de la población musulmana y en la detección de acciones de mejora.
