ResumenEn este artículo se analiza la presencia de términos de la agricultura ecológica y su traducción al español en dos diccionarios -Le Dictionnaire Agricole de Haensch y Haberkamp (1996) y el Gran Diccionario Larousse (1999)-y en un corpus de términos procedentes de documentos de Internet sobre la agricultura ecológica, con el fin de contribuir a la investigación lexicográfica bilingüe en este campo de especialidad.Palabras clave: francés-español; lexicografía; traducción especializada; terminología técnico-científica.
AbstractThe article analyses the presence of ecological agriculture and their translation into Spanish in the two dictionaries, Haensch & Haberkamp's Dictionnaire Agricole (1996) and Gran Diccionario Larousse (1999). It also analyses the corpus of terms found Internet in ecological agriculture documents, the aim being to contribute to bilingual lexicography research in this specialized field.
Según la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT, 2016a), el turismo religioso es una actividad que concierne a más de 300 millones de turistas en el mundo entero. En este trabajo, vamos a describir la forma y contenido del apartado ofrecido en el portal www.spain.info/es sobre turismo religioso en España. El estudio del léxico empleado en esta sección nos permitirá observar cómo se promociona este turismo y cuáles son los argumentos empleados, además de la motivación religiosa, para potenciar este sector. Finalmente, analizaremos la versión traducida en francés de la rúbrica dedicada al turismo religioso en el portal www.spain.info/fr, centrándonos en los culturemas. El fin de este trabajo es contribuir al estudio del léxico del turismo religioso desde una perspectiva contrastiva español-francés.
La sal, llamada también oro blanco, ha constituido un producto de incalculable valor a lo largo de la historia de la humanidad. En efecto, este pequeño mineral ha sido utilizado y se utiliza actualmente como condimento en la alimentación humana y animal, como conservante de alimentos (carnes, pescados y verduras) y como elemento indispensable para la industria (curtido de pieles, detergentes, esmaltes, cerámica, textiles, medicamentos, cosméticos, etc.). La sal se obtiene principalmente de las salinas costeras, de las minas de sal y de las salinas de interior. Además, estas explotaciones salineras representan un paisaje reconocido tanto como patrimonio natural como cultural. Por ello, en este trabajo, presentamos un estudio léxico contrastivo español-francés sobre el léxico empleado en las instalaciones salinas con el fin de contribuir a su conocimiento, conservación y difusión, como muestra incuestionable del valor cultural de este patrimonio natural.
