Este estudio se centra en el análisis de experiencias docentes en el marco de prácticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje relacionadas al uso de tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (TIC) en el ámbito universitario, a partir del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio (ASPO) a causa de la pandemia por COVID-19. Se diseñó una consigna escrita para solicitar la producción de narraciones y un cuestionario semiestructurado autoadministrado digital destinado a docentes de la Carrera de Psicología de una universidad pública de Argentina. Para las narraciones docentes se utilizó análisis de contenido cualitativo del que surgieron categorías que fueron construidas en forma dialéctica entre los datos, la experiencia docente y la lectura de literatura especializada. Para los datos obtenidos de los cuestionarios se realizó un estudio descriptivo. Se analizaron narraciones y cuestionarios de docentes con edades entre 32 y 54 años. Se halló escasa formación docente con relación al uso de TIC previa a la pandemia. En cuanto a las narraciones, predominaron aspectos relacionados a la revisión de los propios proyectos pedagógicos de las prácticas docentes en educación superior.
Tradicionalmente, la innovación se vinculó con la incorporación de tecnologías a las organizaciones. Sin embargo, diversos desarrollos complejizaron y ampliaron este concepto. Así, en las últimas décadas cobra relevancia el concepto de cultura de la innovación y la considera fundamental para el surgimiento de ideas, métodos y estrategias junto con su posterior implementación dentro de las organizaciones. Se presenta un estudio acerca de las diferentes implicancias que la virtualización forzosa de la educación por la pandemia de COVID19 tuvo para la docencia y la innovación en una organización educativa de nivel superior. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 81 docentes de una facultad de psicología pública de Argentina. El análisis de los datos se realizó desde un enfoque multimétodo, se calcularon estadísticos descriptivos y pruebas no paramétricas, y se realizó un análisis del discurso. Los resultados muestran que, si bien la pandemia potenció la incorporación de TIC a la educación, fueron las condiciones organizacionales de dicha implementación las que funcionaron como las innovaciones más significativas. Los espacios de formación docente posibilitaron la circulación de experiencias y aprendizajes colectivos, y son presentados como herramienta fundamental para facilitar la innovación en educación superior. Estudios posteriores deberán centrarse en las innovaciones concretas asimiladas a la cultura de la organización.
La educación remota en emergencia acarreó diversos requerimientos a docentes y organizaciones ligados a la introducción de entornos virtuales de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se presenta un estudio centrado en el análisis de un foro con docentes en torno a la experiencia de evaluación durante 2020 en una Facultad de Psicología pública argentina. El análisis se realizó desde las categorías de innovación y cultura de la innovación; representaciones sobre entornos virtuales y cultura y rasgos culturales a desarrollar o potenciar. Los resultados enfatizan que la labor docente en esta coyuntura se enriquece con la colaboración en la producción colectiva y socialización de experiencias y que la potencia relativa de las plataformas virtuales se encuentra asociada a la apertura al cambio y a la flexibilidad de las organizaciones y de quienes las integran. Es posible concluir que la socialización y colaboración docente en espacios socioafectivos son las innovaciones fundamentales por desarrollar organizacionalmente.
