Green building has attracted increasing attention in recent years and the concept has a positive impact on the environment when adopted in the field of housing development. This study aims to explore the drivers and strategies that should be developed in order to encourage green building project delivery in housing development. This study uses an empirical approach that combines case study, quantitative, and qualitative methods. First, a questionnaire survey was distributed to housing developers in the Klang Valley (KV). A total of 234 developers returned completed questionnaires. The results of the quantitative analysis, based on descriptive statistics, Cronbach"s alpha, correlation, and multiple regression analysis showed that social and cultural drivers have the greatest effect on green building project delivery by housing developers. Next, the quantitative findings were applied to a qualitative case study and two companies in KV were investigated. Finally, the results were validated by interviewing five experts in the industry. The results of the experts" interviews not only validated the findings obtained from the quantitative and qualitative analysis, but also provided in-depth explanations for the identified drivers and strategies.
Tujuan dari penelitain ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perangkat microbubble dalam meningkatkan oksigen terlarut terhadap produktivitas ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) dan menganalisis pada perlakuan mana yang memberikan hasil yang terbaik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan diulangi 3 kali disetiap perlakuannya, yaitu P1 (Kepadatan 50 ekor/m2), P2 (Kepadatan 75 ekor/m2), P3 (Kepadatan 100 ekor/m2), dan P4 (Kepadatan 125 ekor/m2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai nilai kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh P1 dengan nilai rata-rata 90%, dikuti secara berturut-turut P2 sebesar 85.9%, P3 sebesar 83.3%, dan terendah pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 77.8%. Nilai panjang mutlak tertinggi dihasilakan oleh P1 dengan nilai rata-rata 2.09 cm, dikuti P2 2.05 cm, P3 2.04 cm, dan terendah pada P4 sebesar 1.90 cm. Nilai berat mutlak tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P1 sebesar 3.27 gr, diikuti P2 3.23 gr, P3 3.21 gr, dan terendah pada P4 sebesar 2.99 gr. Nilai FCR terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P1 dengan nilai rata-rata 1.10, diiuti secara berturut-turut P2 1.13, P3 1.14, dan tertinggi pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 1.20. Penggunaan perangkat microbubble sebagai sistem aerasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, pertumbuhan berat mutlak, dan rasio konversi pakan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Perlakuan terbaik didapatkan pada P1 menggunakan kepadatan 50 ekor/m2 dengan nilai kelangsungan hidup sebesar 90%, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 2.09 cm, pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 3.27 gram, pertumbuhan panjang spesifik sebesar 6.98% , serta rasio konversi pakan sebesar1.10.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan status keberlanjutan pada dimensi ekonomi dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan pengelolaan budidaya di Teluk Saleh Kabupaten Sumbawa. Analisis keberlanjutan budidaya laut untuk komoditi rumput laut dan ikan kerapu sistem KJA dilakukan dengan metode Rap-Insus-Seaweed (Rapid Appraisal -Indeks Sustainability of Seaweed) dan Rap-InsusGrouper (Rapid Appraisal -Indeks Sustainability of Grouper) telah dimodifikasi dari program RAPFISH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks tingkat keberlanjutan pada dimensi ekonomi budidaya rumput laut sebesar "39,74" dan untuk budidaya ikan kerapu sistem KJA sebesar "31,23". Nilai tersebut terletak antara 25,00 -49,9 berarti "Kurang Berkelanjutan". Nilai indeks dan status keberlanjutan saat ini menunjukkan kondisi ekonomi wilayah perairan tersebut kurang mendukung pengelolaan budidaya laut, sehingga diperlukan intervensi kebijakan melalui pemberian bantuan mudal usaha, pelatihan teknis budidaya dan pengolahan, dan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan status keberlanjutan pengelolaan dimensi ekonomi.
