The innovation of information technologies and production processes has transformed traditional industry by changing its way of thinking, managing and producing, leading to a new level of development. Thus, a new way of teaching engineering and business administration students is needed to prepare for this new reality. The objective of this study is to investigate the ways of industry 4.0 in brazil, especially in the steel sector. a literature review is used to investigate in the literature the main components of industry 4.0, its evolution and the main challenges to respond to current requirements, in order to better prepare students for the new reality. It is adopted as a didactic tool this new scenario that presents important socioeconomic paradigms that can affect both the industrial development of the world and brazil with it. The research results point to a need to update the industry as well as universities in preparing the future manager and engineer for new technologies and their integration in industrial processes. It is concluded that there are still many challenges, as it requires a change of mentality, above all. As in previous revolutions, new production processes, new products, new paradigms and consequently new socioeconomic impacts will emerge.
The Portuguese language spoken in Brazil is evolving with social influences. The purpose of this study is to verify the incidence of language addiction, specifically the use of the term "type", among young university students of a Brazilian university. An online survey was conducted to find out the most common language addictions among students and the frequency with which they occur in speech. The data showed that the term "type" is among the most spoken among informants, second only to the terms "vei" and "mano" and is associated with the idea of uncertainty, unpreparedness, vice or imitation and lack of vocabulary expansion. One can conclude that there is an urgent need to intervene in communicative and linguistic practices in schools so that there is a change in the use of language addictions, especially among the public studied.
O presente estudo tem por objetivo discutir a formação profissional do engenheiro a partir da experiência em um curso de engenharia em uma Universidade Federal brasileira. A metodologia utilizada foi quali-quantitativa, consistindo na análise da utilização de Metodologias Ativas em duas disciplinas do curso de Engenharia de Materiais da Universidade Federal de Itajubá, Campus de Itabira. Os resultados indicaram que os discentes são favoráveis e demandam a utilização dessas metodologias. O estudo conclui que a experiência no curso de engenharia da Universidade é relevante para a formação profissional do engenheiro, porém as instituições brasileiras ainda não se adequaram totalmente às novas demandas das políticas educacionais, o que exige uma readequação nos currículos de engenharia e seus Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos.
The study aims to understand the relationship between maternity and the labor market from the perspective of a working mother. Thus, a qualitative questionnaire was used through an instant messaging application with a trainee from a federal educational institution that is the mother of three children and has her daily work routine reconciled with the care of the children. This study revealed that returning to work with young children who depended on it was one of the main difficulties, citing as the main problem that they were not being as well cared for and educated as they would care for or educate. It was quoted as interferences of the children have already needed to miss work because they get sick or need to go to the doctor, in these cases the bosses accept, but do not like. Therefore, the study points out that the relationship between motherhood and the labor market from the perspective of a working mother is, despite difficulties, possible, however, requires a dialogue between the worker and the institution and the understanding of the organization.
Resumo: A discussão sobre o ensino de turismo em nível de graduação ainda é emergente no Brasil, principalmente quando enfoca a aplicação de metodologias ativas. Uma metodologia ativa de ensino aprendizagem compreende uma concepção educacional que estimula a aprendizagem em processos de desafios construtivos, que se torna como uma aprender-ação, pois, quanto mais se aprende o que está mais próximo da vida, melhor se torna e isto acaba sendo o ponto de partida para o avanço em processos, desenvolvimentos, inovação e tecnologia, assim criando uma reelaboração de novas práticas. Desse modo, o presente estudo tem por objetivo discutir sobre as dificuldades e os desafios da aplicação de metodologias ativas no ensino de turismo em instituição de ensino superior. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa, compreendendo um estudo de caso de natureza exploratória junto a docentes do curso de graduação em turismo da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Os resultados do estudo revelam que existem dificuldade de implementar metodologias ativas no dia a dia. Por fim, o estudo conclui que as dificuldades e os desafios que mais se destacaram na percepção docente dizem respeito a motivar o aluno e a fazer com que ele perceba a contribuição proporcionada pela teoria apresentada em sala de aula na formação profissional.PalavRas-chave: Turismo. An active teaching-learning methodology is an educational concept that stimulates learning in processes of constructive challenges, where it becomes a form of action-learning, because the more we learn what is closer to life, the better we become, and this becomes the starting point for the advancement of processes, developments, innovation and technology, thereby creating a re-elaboration of new practices. The study shows that there are difficulties in implementing active methodologies in the day to day routine. This study aims to analyze the organizational climate and job satisfaction in a supermarket. Methodologically, it is a qualitative research that consists of a survey study with the employees of the studied company. Data collection took place through on-the-spot interviews that raised questions about motivation, interests, satisfaction in the company and among other aspects. The results showed a considerably good degree of satisfaction, where many of the employees' expectations are met. In general, the study concludes that the organizational climate and satisfaction with the supermarket's work are adequate.
Resumo:O objetivo desse artigo é descrever concepções de profissionais da educação infantil e do atendimento educacional especializado no que se refere aos processos de escolarização de uma criança com autismo. A metodologia utilizada é de base qualitativa, e os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram entrevistas com professoras da sala de aula e do AEE e a observação de um aluno com TEA na turma do Nível III em uma instituição pública de Educação Infantil no estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Os resultados evidenciam as concepções e posicionamentos de professores acerca do trabalho pedagógico no que se refere às especificidades do TEA no contexto escolar. Por fim, o estudo conclui que tais concepções dos profissionais da educação são permeados por lacunas no que se refere ao conhecimento acadêmico acerca dos processos de ensino, aprendizagem e desenvolvimento psicológico do aluno com TEA na escola. Tais lacunas remetem a formação inicial do professor como um elemento crucial para o reconhecimento das especificidades do aluno com TEA, bem como a relevância da formação continuada dos profissionais da educação infantil para o planejamento de estratégias pedagógicas com vistas a garantir o acesso, permanência, participação e aprendizagem da criança com deficiência.
