This article aims to assess the regulation of the Islamic economic judge certification from perspective of consumer protection. Philosophical and juridical approaches, have been used in this study. The results of this study include: certification of important Islamic economic judges to ensure Islamic economic disputes are settled in accordance with sharia principles. This is called sharia compliance. Thus, sharia compliance is a right for consumers of Islamic financial institutions. In other words, the certification of Islamic economic judges is one of consumer protection, especially in the spiritual aspect. This provision has been explicitly contained in the Supreme Court Regulations, especially in terms of the mechanism and content of the certification material.
Beragam program diterapkan LAZISNU untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, salah satu program yang di jalankan yaitu program Gerakan KOIN NU Peduli, yaitu gerakan sosial yang dilakukan oleh warga Nahdiliyin dengan cara mengumpulkan uang receh (koin) dari rumah-rumah warga dan tempat-tempat toko kelontong. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan koin NU di LAZISNU cabang Nganjuk. Bagaimana penggolongan Mustahiq di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. Dan bagaimana penyaluran Koin NU Mustahiq di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan cara pengelolaan dana Koin NU di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. untuk mengetahui bagaimana LAZISNU menggolongkan Mustahiq. serta mengetahui bagaimana cara LAZISNU menyalukan dana Koin NU kepada Mustahiq. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data peneliti melakukan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan koin NU merupakan gerakan sosial yang dilakukan oleh warga Nahdiliyin dengan cara mengumpulkan uang receh (koin) dari rumah warga Nahdlatul Ulama. Program ini sebagai bentuk tindaklanjut dari program kader pergerak Nahdlatul Ulama (PKPNU). Uang receh yang berhasil terkumpul pada kaleng-kaleng yang sudah disebar akan diambil setiap bulan sekali dan dijadikan satu, kemudian dikelola untuk dibagi serta disalurkan pada mustahiq.
Islam is a religion that governs all aspects of life, including economics. The Islamic economy is an integral part of the teachings of Islam. All of his guidance and teachings aim to encourage all people to be safe both in this world and in the hereafter. In an increasingly advanced age, islamic teachings and guidance will still be relevant. Digitalization of business in the modern era, Islamic teachings should bring up a legal model in accordance with the principles of sharia economy. Keeping a modern business on the right path requires extra manpower for the culprit. Products sold, promotions, payment systems that do not violate religious prohibitions (riba, gharar, maysir and haram), become a new challenge for those who still maintain Maslahah. Nevertheless, the implementation of maslahah can continue to be maintained in accordance with the relevance of Islamic teachings in any era. Modern businesses (online businesses, Small Medium Enterprise, Startups) can continue to run profitable businesses, although it still maintains Islamic sharia as a foundation in the maslahah economy. But, the rampant practice of riba, illegal buying and selling, became a new problem for the establishment of the Islamic economy. Using studies to Islamic Entrepreneurs as a method of solving in order to stay upright maslahah can be the right choice.
Partnership-based products with profit sharing such as Musharaka as the competitive superior product of Islamic banking have not experienced growth like other products. The lack of development of partnership-based products in Islamic banking that is more flexible in terms of term, especially long-term financing, causes Islamic banking to have more of its products based on fixed income financing which is similar to the conventional pattern which uses a fixed income structure and tends to be short term. and medium. Musyarakah is a profit sharing contract when two or more entrepreneurs holding funds / capital work together as business partners, financing new or existing business investments. Business partners who own capital are entitled to participate in company management, but it is not mandatory. The parties can divide the work of managing the business according to their agreement and can also ask for salaries / wages for the labor and expertise they devote to the business
