Abstract:This article aims to assess the regulation of the Islamic economic judge certification from perspective of consumer protection. Philosophical and juridical approaches, have been used in this study. The results of this study include: certification of important Islamic economic judges to ensure Islamic economic disputes are settled in accordance with sharia principles.
