The literature on big data analytics and firm performance is still fragmented and lacking in attempts to integrate the current studies’ results. This study aims to provide a systematic review of contributions related to big data analytics and firm performance. The authors assess papers listed in the Web of Science index. This study identifies the factors that may influence the adoption of big data analytics in various parts of an organization and categorizes the diverse types of performance that big data analytics can address. Directions for future research are developed from the results. This systematic review proposes to create avenues for both conceptual and empirical research streams by emphasizing the importance of big data analytics in improving firm performance. In addition, this review offers both scholars and practitioners an increased understanding of the link between big data analytics and firm performance.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine the continuance intention (CI) of citizens in following government Facebook page. Applying theories of expectation-confirmation, and information system success on a sample of 362 students in Malaysia, and using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the study finds that CI and satisfaction of government Facebook page is contingent upon information quality (IQ) of the Facebook page per se. IQ is found as a second order construct of five first order factors: reliability, completeness, relevancy, timeliness, and understandability. Satisfaction of government Facebook page is also found as a partial mediator to the relationship between IQ and CI of following government Facebook page. In addition, applying PLS multi-group analysis, the results show that different government Facebook pages moderate the relationships between IQ and satisfaction of government Facebook page, IQ and CI of following government Facebook page as well as satisfaction of government Facebook page and CI of following government Facebook page.

Both strategic management researchers and practitioners have realized the importance of cost and differentiation strategies for effective organizational performance and excellence. Recently many large enterprises/corporations have been applying both strategies simultaneously, rather than applying a single strategy at one period of time. The implementations of the three strategies are commonly used by the big corporations involved in domestic, regional, international and global business. This article has three bases of data analyses; the first is a review of related literature, the second is case analysis and the third is the result of field interviews with a giant home appliance manufacturer in Malaysia. Thus, the principal aim of this article is to provide evidence that the hybrid strategy (both cost leadership and differentiation strategy) has been implemented by companies throughout the world.

To execute the strategy more effectively, this study proposes an integrated model combining the resourcebased view of 'McKinsey 7S' and the industrial organization point of view. The model was tested through collecting primary data from employees of a disguised transformer manufacturer (TRANSCO). The findings prove that neither the resource-based nor the industrial organization is effective independently towards solving the strategy implementation problem, although the study suggests that the resource-based view is more reasonable than the industrial organization viewpoint. Indeed, the model of this study, which combines both viewpoints by employing the strategy formulation and the balanced scorecard, offers a more comprehensive solution and contributes to resolving the most difficult stage of strategic management-strategy implementation. 
