Resumen: El presente informe de pasantía de investigación da cuenta de los resultados de estudio e investigación de campo realizado el año 2014 y que tuvo como objeto conocer para Caleta Olivia la relación entre expectativas juveniles y determinantes de futuro inmediato vinculados con la educación superior y el mundo del trabajo. Para alcanzar tal objetivo se investigó el contexto de implementación de políticas educativas de transición curricular en el que se desenvuelven los jóvenes en situación de aula y próximos a egresar en las cohortes 2012-2013/2013-2014. Los resultados de investigación dan cuenta de una perspectiva juvenil que se desenvuelve en determinadas orientaciones dominantes (Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales) frente a un contexto de educación superior con un currículum académico dominantemente concentrado en las Ciencias Exactas. Frente a esta paradoja, la perspectiva juvenil evidencia correspondencia entre currículum de formación y orientaciones de intereses de continuidad a la vez que correspondencia entre procedencia socio-residencial selección potencial de escenarios laborales en las industrias extractivas y el Estado. La desarticulación y desconexiones entre transiciones, trayectorias educativas y escenario de entorno reclaman la necesidad de aprovechar la coyuntura de oportunidad en la actual reforma para potenciar políticas educativas orientadas a achicar las futuras desigualdades.
En el siguiente Informe Científico Técnico se presentarán resultados que exploran la dimensión educativa de la juventud en Piedra Buena y Puerto Santa Cruz. Comunidades que serán impactadas en su dimensión simbólica y material a partir de los proyectos de Represas sobre el Río Santa Cruz. El informe intenta una aproximación etnográfica que buscará reflexionar en torno a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Qué lugar ocupa la educación de la juventud en la perspectiva de los actores locales claves de la comunidad local ante el próximo impacto de Proyectos de Represas?; ¿Qué representaciones tienen los jóvenes en situación de aula acerca de su escenario actual y futuro con respecto a la educación superior y el mundo del trabajo previo al impacto intensivo de los Proyectos de Represas? Las principales conclusiones nos muestran la necesidad de rescatar el optimismo que los jóvenes en situación de aula demuestran ante un escenario local que potencialmente se podría convertir en adverso, en cuanto a la realización de sus proyectos de vida vinculados a la continuidad de estudios superiores e inserción en el mundo del trabajo; si es que no se comienzan a construir políticas públicas con eje en la juventud que permitan poner en valor a este capital social que tiene el territorio para su desarrollo local.
Proyecto de Investigación: "Formas de economía y desarrollo existentes en la provincia de Santa Cruz: La perspectiva del Desarrollo a Escala humana"Unidad Académica Caleta Olivia RESUMENEl presente escrito es producto de un plan de investigación como becario de postgrado. El estudio se realizó en una asociación civil llamada ALuCA (Asociación de Lucha Contra las Adicciones) ubicada en la ciudad de Caleta Olivia. Ante la particularidad del contexto patagónico se propone el grupo como dispositivo específico para intervenir sobre problemáticas sociales complejas tales como las adicciones. Desde una metodología cualitativa basada en la triangulación de métodos y teorías provenientes del desarrollo a escala humana, la etnografía, la psicología social comunitaria y el psicoanálisis, se obtienen datos de sesiones grupales, entrevistas y registros de campo. Se ejercita y analiza una matriz de necesidades propuesta por Max Neef, dando cuenta de los emergentes del grupo como construcción cultural propia. De las formas de sentir, pensar y actuar de los actores resultan las necesidades de Afecto, Protección y Participación. Este diagnóstico de necesidades permite ubicar factores perjudiciales y protectores, por lo tanto implica reflexionar sobre los problemas centrales de un grupo, propiciando herramientas hacia una estrategia de intervención saludable.
