El siguiente artículo de investigación indaga sobre la distribución desigual de saberes para el trabajo en tiempos de capitalismo flexible considerando los sentidos de los estudiantes sobre la formación en escuelas secundarias en distintos emplazamientos urbanos. Se presentan resultados de tesis doctoral en curso, referidos al trabajo con encuestas de carácter muestral, cuyo criterio de selección fue el de necesidades básicas insatisfechas (NBI) del emplazamiento de las instituciones escolares. Aquí se focaliza en los sentidos de estudiantes que asisten a escuelas públicas en zonas de mayores niveles de pobreza. Los resultados del artículo remiten a distribuciones desiguales de saberes para el sector productivo, a través de redes de escolarización no segmentadas que expresan relativas correspondencias con las condiciones de pobreza en que se emplazan las escuelas.
<p>Este artículo propone una exploración del vínculo educación y trabajo considerando las perspectivas de estudiantes del Nivel Secundario en la localidad de Caleta Olivia (Santa Cruz, Argentina). A partir de datos de una encuesta realizada en 2018, se indaga en sus considerandos sobre la importancia de la escuela y las razones por las que asisten. Ello se analiza en relación con el emplazamiento urbano de las instituciones, esto es, atendiendo a la desigualdad socioeducativa (según NBI de radio censal), la modalidad de la escuela y el año en curso. Los resultados de las encuestas realizadas expresan que, si bien la totalidad de estudiantes acuerdan sobre la relevancia de la escuela para el trabajo, se relativiza aquella centralidad al indagar sobre sus escolaridades y la relación con las posibilidades de empleo. Ello a partir de diferenciaciones que se producen entre quienes concurren a escuelas emplazadas en las áreas más empobrecidas de la ciudad, aquellos que transitan el último año escolar, así como en función de la orientación que cursan.</p>
El artículo indaga las características de los circuitos diferenciados de formación para el trabajo en escuelas secundarias públicas de Caleta Olivia, provincia de Santa Cruz. Se tienen en cuenta los sentidos de los y las estudiantes sobre los saberes para el trabajo que se enseñan en escuelas secundarias emplazadas en distintas condiciones de pobreza urbana. Se trabaja con encuestas de carácter muestral, cuyo criterio de selección es el porcentaje de necesidades básicas insatisfechas (NBI) de los emplazamientos urbanos de las escuelas. Los resultados del artículo refieren a, por un lado, la existencia de saberes transversales no asociados al trabajo que están presentes en todas las escuelas. Por otro lado, se encontraron redes de escolarización que presentan distribuciones desiguales de saberes para el sector productivo, en correspondencia con las condiciones de pobreza en la que se emplazan las escuelas. Esta distribución de saberes para el trabajo que brindan las escuelas secundarias se encuentra en sintonía con las características del mercado sociolaboral de la región, en el cual se hacen eco los rasgos del mundo del trabajo en tiempos de capitalismo flexible.
En el siguiente Informe Científico Técnico se presentarán resultados que exploran la dimensión educativa de la juventud en Piedra Buena y Puerto Santa Cruz. Comunidades que serán impactadas en su dimensión simbólica y material a partir de los proyectos de Represas sobre el Río Santa Cruz. El informe intenta una aproximación etnográfica que buscará reflexionar en torno a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Qué lugar ocupa la educación de la juventud en la perspectiva de los actores locales claves de la comunidad local ante el próximo impacto de Proyectos de Represas?; ¿Qué representaciones tienen los jóvenes en situación de aula acerca de su escenario actual y futuro con respecto a la educación superior y el mundo del trabajo previo al impacto intensivo de los Proyectos de Represas? Las principales conclusiones nos muestran la necesidad de rescatar el optimismo que los jóvenes en situación de aula demuestran ante un escenario local que potencialmente se podría convertir en adverso, en cuanto a la realización de sus proyectos de vida vinculados a la continuidad de estudios superiores e inserción en el mundo del trabajo; si es que no se comienzan a construir políticas públicas con eje en la juventud que permitan poner en valor a este capital social que tiene el territorio para su desarrollo local.
