The article discloses the contradictions, which define the necessity and possibility to use teacher's portfolio in the system of children's supplementary education. It gives the author's interpretation of the concept «supplementary education teacher's portfolio», defines objectives, the portfolio functions and the principles of its design. The article offers the author's structure of the supplementary education teacher's portfolio, which reflects the main directions of the teacher's professional activities, allows demonstrating the achievements and the results of these activities. The authors describe the alternatives to use the portfolio in supplementary education. The article reveals the risks of portfolio implementation in the institutions of supplementary education. Practical recommendations for the teacher's portfolio development given in the article are practiceoriented. The article addresses the administration and the teachers of the children's supplementary education institutions, the lecturers of the teacher's training colleges, who train future teachers of the supplementary education as well as the educators of the extended education within the process of the professional skills improvement for supplementary education teachers.
The relevance of the research problem is defined by higher education system national reforms complex of the Russian Federation, resulting to rethinking of humanities priorities, their goals in student's personality creation as a citizen, competent and humanity educated specialist, professionally prepared to use in his activities all cultural patterns and norms of life at every level, class complexity which anticipate the current level of society development, capable to civilized cooperation with other people and other cultures. These educational strategies in humanitarian preparation are achievable because the content of disciplines is not only and not the most ideal storage, accumulation, consolidation and transformation system of socio-cultural and spiritual experience but a universal way of culture creating continuity ensuring of philosophical, historical -educational, socio -professional, social, cultural and literary -artistic values, in which the personal form of culture is constantly evolving and creates a subject one, and a new subject one requires the updating of personal one. The purpose of the paper is to justify the conceptual ideas of culture -competence approach in humanitarian training as modern educational strategy in high school students' common culture creation. The paper presents the theoretical -methodological foundations of educational strategies to create a common culture of high school students. As educational strategies basic core the conceptual ideas of culture-competence humanitarian approach to the students training are presented. The leading research method is a modeling of high school students' common culture creation in their humanitarian training. The paper content is designed for high school teachers of social -humanitarian sciences, researchers of research laboratories, graduate students, undergraduates and students who are interested in the problems of person's common culture creation. It is also recommended for schools Methodists and professionals of the educational authorities, students of teacher training universities and centers of secondary school teachers training.
The relevance of the investigated problem is due to insufficient knowledge about the impact of parent-child relationship features on the development of the adequate teenager gender identity. The purpose of the article is to study the effect of the family socialization on the formation of gender features of modern teenagers. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the system-activity approach. In the course of empirical study it was found that the formation of masculine features of modern teenagers during the family socialization is associated with a positive attitude on the part of the father, and the formation of feminine traits is due to a positive attitude on the part of the mother and too rigid and inconsistent attitude on the part of the father. The article's materials may be useful for psychologists, teaching staff, social workers.

В настоящей статье автором рассматривается вопрос о цифровой грамотности. Изучаются роль цифровой грамотности в современном обществе, история возникновения понятия. Приводятся ведущие определения и подходы к структуре понятия «цифровая грамотность». Рассмотрены основные компоненты цифровой грамотности, определена необходимость формирования цифровой грамотности на всех уровнях образования. Сделан вывод о том, что цифровая грамотность - важнейший навык, необходимый для успеха в XXI веке, наравне с умениями критически мыслить, вести коммуникацию, сотрудничать, решать проблемы.This article addresses the issue of digital literacy; considers the role of digital literacy in modern society, the origin of the concept; provides the key definitions and approaches to the structure of digital literacy. The article also considers the main components of digital literacy, determines the need to develop digital literacy at all the levels of education; concludes that digital literacy is the most important skill for being successful in the 21st century along with the ability of critical thinking, communication, cooperation and problem solving.
