Nos últimos anos tem-se percebido um novo fenômeno no mercado, o surgimento das chamadas “Clinicas Médicas Populares”, que vem ocupar um espaço entre os serviços oficiais de saúde e as clinicas, policlínicas particulares. O diferencial das clinicas populares é prestar um serviço ao nível da rede privada, cobrando valores compatíveis com a renda de seus usuários. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho foi aferir, junto aos usuários da clínica, a qualidade de serviços prestados. Aplicou-se um questionário em uma clínica médica popular, com uma amostra de sessenta usuários, sendo o gênero feminino predominante (66,7%), e mais de 78% possuíam no mínimo o ensino médio. A satisfação com os serviços ficou demonstrada com respostas superiores a 96% de contentamento. Com relação a fidelidade também se apresentou os mesmos números. Perguntados se preferiam a clínica, mesmo pagando pela consulta, ou o serviço público de saúde, 93% dos respondentes afirmaram preferir o atendimento da clínica. Com este estudo pretende-se contribuir para o mercado, trazendo informações sob a ótica dos usuários, bem como à academia, ainda carente de trabalhos nesta área.
Os princípios da responsabilidade social estão mais incorporados à missão das universidades, favorecendo as instituições a promoverem programas de extensão que integrem os diversos atores em busca de soluções para problemas da sociedade. Por meio deste trabalho objetivou-se a verificar a percepção dos pais e responsáveis quanto a melhoria física, emocional e social dos participantes do projeto Natação para pessoas com deficiência. Participaram desta pesquisa onze responsáveis pelas crianças e a coordenadora do projeto. Utilizou-se da entrevista estruturada, com cinco questões. Concluiu-se que as crianças tiveram evolução positiva no quadro clinico, com melhoras motoras e psicossociais, bem como houve satisfação geral com o programa e com os resultados alcançados.Palavras-chave: desenvolvimento sustentável; projeto de extensão; instituição de ensino superior.
Resumo A desigualdade de renda na região Nordeste, aliado a uma crescente demanda por serviços de saúde ocasionado pelo aumento da expectativa de vida dos brasileiros, vem proporcionando oportunidades de negócios, tendo em vista a incapacidade do SUS em atender todos os que precisam de algum tipo de atendimento. A clínica médica popular vem se tornando uma relevante alternativa para atender pessoas com dificuldades de acesso ao SUS e que não possuem planos de saúde. Como objetivo tem-se a finalidade de verificar como ocorreu o desenvolvimento do negócio, bem como os resultados alcançados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando-se como técnica de coletas de dados a entrevista estruturada com perguntas abertas. O entrevistado é o proprietário da clínica que respondeu as questões de forma espontânea. Conclui-se que o empreendedor vislumbrou uma oportunidade de negócio, planejou sua implantação e avaliou sua viabilidade financeira, e após sua implantação, realizou pesquisa interna para verificar a aceitabilidade e satisfação dos usuários com esse novo modelo.
