This research aims to propose and try out a model to assess the Industrial Engineering students' satisfaction, with a focus on private higher education institutions. The research tool used in this study was the Student Questionnaire 2011 National Exam for the Assessment of Student Performance (ENADE), made available by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). The questions were designed to assess undergraduate students general satisfaction based on the following constructs: Teacher Involvement, Student Interest, Course Demands, Course Organization, and General Satisfaction.
A PROPOSTA DESTE TRABALHO CONSISTE NA COLETA DE PEQUENAS JANELAS DE TEMPO COM HISTÓRICOS DE PREÇO E VOLUME, JUNTAMENTE A INDICADORES TÉCNICOS DERIVADOS DESSES DADOS COM A UTILIZAÇÃO DE MODELOS CONSOLIDADOS PELA LITERATURA COMO AS REDES NEURAIS RECORRENTES COM ARQUITETURA LONG SHORT-THERM MEMORY (LSTM) PARA PREDIÇÃO DE SÉRIES TEMPORAIS, QUE SÃO UM TIPO ESPECÍFICO DE REDES NEURAIS ARTIFICIAIS CAPAZES DE APRENDER DEPENDÊNCIAS DE LONGO PRAZO, ADAPTANDO-SE MELHOR PARA O PROBLEMA. ESTE TRABALHO TAMBÉM PROPÕE UM MÉTODO DE COMBINAÇÃO DE TRANSFORMADAS WAVELET PARA ALIMENTAR AS ARQUITETURAS DE REDES NEURAIS RECORRENTES PARA PREVISÃO DESSAS TENDÊNCIAS. AS TRANSFORMADAS SÃO USADAS PARA PRÉ-PROCESSAR AS SÉRIES TEMPORAIS NÃO LINEARES REMOVENDO RUÍDOS, SUAVIZANDO O SINAL PRODUZIDO PELA ALTA VOLATILIDADE DAS SÉRIES, FORNECENDO UM PARADIGMA DE APRENDIZADO DE FASE MAIS PRÓXIMO DA REDE NEURAL ARTIFICIAL.
This paper presents a hybrid evolutionary algorithm to synthesize the resonator filters of an arbitrary topology. In this approach the structure space is explored concerning predefined small building-blocks having specific functionalities (resonator or coupling) and rules for structural restrictions. The method used 2D representation, proposing new strong genetic operators and combining a biobejctive evolutionary algorithm to evolve topologies and local search to improve the circuit parameters. The results showed that the proposed method generates, with small populations and few generations, small well-structured circuits which accomplish the specifications. Two examples using building-blocks with elements R/L/C are presented and the characteristics were consistent with those circuits obtained by the conventional approach.
