The public disservice in health has become part of the daily lives of citizens, even with public policies of humanization and decentralization of services, representing an exceptional milestone for Brazilian public health. Thus, this research will investigate the proposal for decentralization and humanization of services to users, in line with article 6 of the Federal Constitution of Brazil (1988), and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It consists of a bibliographic survey, in which it was investigated through the Virtual Library in Saúyde, in the SciELO, LILACS databases and in the national legislation portal, in which the laws, decrees and ordinances referring to the subject of the study were researched, since which aims to present a proposal for the decentralization and humanization of health services to users in Brazil. 17 publications were analyzed in full, which were suitable for the purpose of this review. The decentralization of health services in Brazil is an important advance, bringing autonomy to health regions and a more directed management towards the adequate allocation of public resources to health in the country. Despite the legal support, what is perceived in practice is still far from what was expected and there is a long way to go to reach the desired quality standard when it comes to humanization of care. It is concluded, then, that even if the current legislation, there is still an important path to be followed for the health services provided in our country, present the desired level of excellence.
This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out through a literature review. The aim of the study was to address the use of educational technologies in self-care guidance for ostomy patients. As a method, twelve scientific articles were used, published between 2016 and 2021 on scientific websites and platforms. The results showed that an educational technology aimed at guiding people with an ostomy is important due to the changes that occur after the ostomy and that the use of technologies during educational actions is seen as a tool that complements the process of knowledge construction for care and o taking care of oneself, qualifying interventions in health practice with people with stoma and their families. Health professionals play the role of educators and must participate in the process of elaboration, development and evaluation of the need to implement educational technologies with ostomy patients and their families.
The study aimed to investigate, through the literature, the historical evolution and perspectives of the humanization process of care during childbirth. This is a bibliographic research, in which two databases were searched, namely: SciELO and LILACS, with national publications in the last 10 years. Fourteen scientific articles were analyzed using articles published in Portuguese as inclusion criteria; full articles and articles published and indexed in the aforementioned databases in the period from 2012 to 2022. As a result, it became evident that the humanization of childbirth is very current and still occurs as a reaction to several procedures performed without indication, requiring efforts to all the subjects involved, seeking to guarantee the woman quality and comprehensive care, which requires from all the actors involved with health care efforts to abolish aggressive behavior. It was concluded that the movement for the humanization of childbirth shows that the issue of birth is also the responsibility of the government and, given the current problems such as those related to the infrastructure weaknesses of the health network in Brazil, it is also configured as a health issue public.
Since World War II, there has been a concern related to the quality standard of industrial production. Adapting to the reality of the health sector, it sought to improve the management of the quality of its services, aiming, in addition to satisfying its internal and external customers, the safety of its patients. The objective was to settle how technologies influence the quality management of the health sector today. Thus, this article presents as a methodology a bibliographic research in which a literature review of the last five years was carried out in scientific articles, analyzed in the months of November and December 2021, using the following descriptors: technology, health and quality. As a result, it can be seen that technologies are important allies of management in health services, providing patient safety, systematization, organization and agility in processes, reducing workload and reducing costs for the organization. However, it is essential that managers are attentive to develop training and adherence strategies for professionals responsible for feeding the computerized systems, in order to guarantee the quality of information and the achievement of the intended results.
Palliative Joint Care (PC) is a set of palpable care practices that aim to prevent patients from increasing patients with diseases or a more advanced stage according to their disease. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team, composed of nurses, nutritionists, nutritionists, doctors, whose purpose is to relieve autonomy, making what has one and the patient possible to prepare the death in their own way. The study aims to analyze the importance through qualitative data and what are the difficulties for the implementation of palliative care in the Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU). It consists of a literature review, through a bibliographic survey, with an exploratory and relative approach, not on the physiotherapeutic performance in palliative care within the same Intensive Care (ICU) system, and how the environment among professionals is seen and graphic care multidisciplinary teams within hospitals. Realizing the importance of palliative care for critically ill patients, endorsing the phases of the patient's importance, was possible, in addition to the importance in this process. The prioritization of the patient's well-being in an intensive environment is always the focus of the treatment from the initial point, until its delivery, always maximizing its intention, psychological and physical health in a global way, where all the professionals involved are of paramount importance. with responsibility.
INTRODUÇÃO:O acolhimento retrata o primeiro contato do paciente para a exposição de sua queixa ou necessidade de saúde e pode ser realizado por qualquer profissional que estiver na linha de frente à sua chegada ao serviço de saúde. A abordagem realizada no acolhimento impacta diretamente na satisfação do usuário bem como na forma como ele irá compreender todo o seu processo de cuidado. A enfermagem possui papel fundamental na abordagem ao usuário no momento do acolhimento. OBJETIVO: Discorrer sobre o acolhimento de enfermagem no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, realizado através de uma revisão sistemática de literatura. Os estudos foram selecionados através da Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Base de dados em Enfermagem (BDENF), a partir dos seguintes critérios: documentos do tipo artigos, publicados nos últimos cinco anos, no idioma português, com textos disponíveis nas bases. Foram identificados onze (11) artigos para compor a amostra dessa revisão. Além desses, foram selecionados mais três estudos através da plataforma Google Acadêmico, para subsidiar a contextualização e a fundamentação teórica da pesquisa. RESULTADOS: O acolhimento é um recurso vital nos serviços de saúde e mostra-se como ferramenta principal na tentativa de melhorar e consolidar o SUS, estabelecendo uma mudança na forma e no resultado do atendimento prestado ao usuário. Para, além disso, o acolhimento é uma ferramenta essencial para o estabelecimento de vínculo, continuidade do cuidado e resolutividade da atenção. O acolhimento da enfermagem no âmbito da APS é responsável também por uma escuta qualificada e orientações precisas ao paciente. No entanto, faz-se necessária uma abordagem empática, solidária e respeitosa para com o usuário, buscando promover conforto a fim de que o mesmo consiga expor suas queixas e necessidades. CONCLUSÃO: o acolhimento da enfermagem na APS tem um impacto relevante na assistência a ser ofertada ao paciente, visto que traz mudanças no contexto individual, familiar e da comunidade, estreitando o vínculo entre profissionais e usuários, melhorando significativamente a qualidade no atendimento.
