PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Jurisdição constitucional; Poder Judiciário.ABSTRACT: This paper broaches the traditional notion of objective process in Brazil, discussing if such ideia is still able to describe in a precise way the multitude of complex situations regarding abstract control in Brazilian judicial review.
