ResumoA presença crescente das mídias sociais na internet traz à tona um volume cada vez maior de relacionamentos, ideias e opiniões, bem como o consumo de produtos e serviços que nelas são ofertados. A interação social proporcionada por esse cenário faz com que empresas exponham suas marcas na intenção de aumentar as vendas e, mais que isso, relacionem-se com seu público no ambiente virtual. Este estudo, primeiro, objetiva investigar a interação entre curtir, comentar e o ato de comprar no Instagram; segundo, classificar a mídia social Instagram no modelo honeycomb; e, finalmente, busca analisar a literatura das mídias sociais relacionadas ao consumo. Uma pesquisa on-line foi realizada com 206 usuários, que informaram sobre seus hábitos de uso do Instagram. Os dados coletados foram submetidos a testes estatísticos por meio da técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais, no intuito de avaliar a relação existente entre as variáveis "curtir", "comentar" e "comprar".
A sustentabilidade corporativa tem sido um dos tópicos relevantes na agenda das empresas e os relatórios de sustentabilidade têm sido formas de avaliar o desempenho e a competitividade. Os relatórios da Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) são utilizados pelas empresas no intuito de informar a performance ambiental, social e econômica. Porém, evidências preliminares das práticas adotadas pelas empresas parecem demonstrar que essas diretrizes possuem vieses e que seus relatórios omitem informações que visem à equidade social e ambiental, colocando em risco a interpretação entre o desempenho corporativo e os impactos provenientes de seus programas. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar os indicadores de cunho ambiental nos relatórios das empresas brasileiras que publicaram os relatórios GRI no ano de 2009. O método utilizado é a pesquisa documental por meio da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam que, embora as empresas se autodeclarem estrategicamente sustentáveis, não possuem em suas visões menção ao desenvolvimento sustentável. Há tentativas de camuflar indicadores e de omitir informações negativas relevantes. Do mesmo modo, as empresas não seguem alguns princípios das linhas gerais da GRI. Conclui-se que essas ainda se encontram em uma fase inicial de consciência de desenvolvimento sustentável.
