Cette recherche s’intéresse à la communication RSE des entreprises et plus particulièrement au discours qu’elles emploient dans le cadre de leur reporting sociétal volontaire. Elle se propose d’étudier la manière avec laquelle l’entreprise construit son discours RSE et les dispositifs et procédés qu’elle met en place pour accroître son potentiel de légitimation. En nous appuyant sur la théorie des actes de langage (Austin, 1970 ; Searle, 1972), nous examinons les rapports RSE/DD de Sanofi entre 2004 et 2021 en adoptant une double analyse statique et longitudinale permettant d’éclairer le processus discursif employé par l’entreprise dans sa quête de légitimité. Les résultats mettent en évidence deux leviers discursifs potentiels à savoir la légitimation par l’énonciation et le témoignage et la légitimation par l’action. Ils soulignent également l’importance qu’accorde l’entreprise aujourd’hui au reporting sociétal comme un outil de communication permettant de valoriser la triple performance de l’entreprise et d’instaurer et/ou renforcer sa légitimité.
Cette recherche s’intéresse au sens et à la performativité dans les discours de RSE. Pour ce faire, nous avons réalisé une étude longitudinale, de 2004 à 2012, des rapports DD/RSE de l’entreprise Sanofi-Aventis, leader mondial de l’industrie pharmaceutique. Nos résultats montrent comment l’entreprise communique afin de tenir la performativité dans ses différents rapports de DD/RSE. Ainsi, les discours de RSE de Sanofi-Aventis correspondent à une quête de performativité exercée dans une dynamique permanente de « faire bien » et « faire mieux » tant au niveau du discours qu’au niveau de l’engagement et de « l’agir » en matière de RSE. La recherche a mis en avant que le discours de l’entreprise étudiée est performatif ce qui lui confère non seulement son sens mais également sa force stratégique en mettant en œuvre l’engagement socialement responsable de l’entreprise.
Depuis quelques années, l’accompagnement suscite un intérêt grandissant, en témoignent le nombre et la diversité des contributions relatives à ce thème. Les PME, vu le contexte de crise actuel et du fait de leurs caractéristiques, ont besoin d’un accompagnement tout au long de leur cycle de vie et notamment dans leurs projets de développement et d’innovation. Dans ce travail, nous présentons les résultats d’une étude empirique dans le cadre de la création d’une structure d’accompagnement et nous mettrons en lumière l’importance de la prise en compte des compétences de ses acteurs. Cette étude présente un double intérêt ; tout d’abord, la qualité de l’accompagnement est étroitement liée, entre autres, aux compétences de l’accompagnant et à ses aptitudes à mener à bien ses missions. En plus, sur un plan organisationnel, le profil des accompagnants et leurs compétences sont déterminants dans la performance collective de la structure d’accompagnement et de son évolution.
