Self-learning atau pembelajaran mandiri merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang menjawab tantangan pembelajaran pada era pembelajaran jarak jauh yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah karena pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan efektifitas penggunaan Minato sebagai media self-learning pada pembelajar pemula bahasa Jepang di Sekolah Vokasi, Universitas Diponegoro, Sebagai media pembelajaran, Minato memiliki beberapa kelas yang dapat diambil untuk pembelajaran bahasa Jepang dasar secara mandiri, diantaranya adalah pembelajaran mandiri hiragana dan katakana, dialek, dan kanji. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang digunakan sebagai media untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Minato. Sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran self-learning, mahasiswa diminta untuk mengisi survei dan pretest. Setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan Minato, pembelajar kembali mengisi survei dan posttest. Hasil survei dan tes akan digunakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Minato. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Minato sangat efektif untuk pembelajaran mandiri. Hal tersebut disimpulkan berdasarkan angket yang disebar kepada mahasiswa, sertifikat elektronik mahasiswa, serta pendapat pengajar.
Oral tradition as the first and the most widespread mode of human communication maintain society and their institution. Numerous studies illustrated that the oral tradition remains the dominant mode of communication in the 21 century. It shared unique characteristics across time and space. It produces a million not-written stories. A place that belongs to home for stories is interesting for the tourist. It means that more stories in the tourism village more tourists come. Therefore, this study will discuss the relation between oral tradition and tourism village development. Observation, document analysis, and depth-interview methods were used to collect data. Kandri tourism village in Semarang was the sample of the study. The results showed that Kandri tourism village has several myths, stories, and traditions taken from the oral tradition. Those traditions and stories attract more tourists to visit. Therefore, we concluded that the oral tradition and the tourism village development have a strong bond in developing their village tourism in maintaining their society, environment, and economy.
This article describes phenomenon of similarities and differences gestures which have similarities and differences in the interpretation of the meaning of Japan society and Indonesia society. In Japan society and Indonesia society, equations of motion cues with similar meaning indicating similarities mindsets. In contrast, differences in gestures with different meanings show different mindset. This paper also describes some cases phenomenon of gesture interpretation misunderstandings caused by cultural differences between speaker and listener. Hikikomori is one of the most common social problems in Japan. This research's object is the anime series NHK ni Youkoso !, with 24 episodes, which premiered from July to December 2006. The author uses the observation method of note-taking techniques to collect data, and the data analysis is written descriptively. The results of this study contained 11 forms of Hikikomori behaviour in the anime that the author studied, namely: hikikomori perpetrators confined themselves for more than six months, refused to interact with other people, refused to go to school, refused to leave the room, experienced hallucinations, experienced insomnia, professional setbacks, have thoughts of persecution, have feelings of depression, desire death and suicidal thoughts, and are addicted to alcohol. Meanwhile, the factors causing hikikomori behaviour are amae and the inability to accept intervention from others.
