The article deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the professional situation of people working on the real estate market in Poland. After the introduction of the pandemic state in Poland, the further restrictions had been implemented and Polish economy, including real estate market deteriorated. In 2019, 468.3 thousand transactions were recorded in Poland -the total value exceeds 121.7 billion PLN and has tripled over the last 10 years. (NBP, 2020) The following research question was formulated: how the professional situation on the real estate market has changed in the 2nd quarter of the 2020 in comparison to the previous period. The main objective of the paper is to identify current and future (expected) professional situation on selected market. For the purposes of the research a survey was conducted among 247 representatives of the professions connected with the real estate market: real estate agents, property managers and property valuators and other. Article describes the detailed research outcomes and focuses on such as aspects as collaboration with clients, operating mode, remote work during pandemic. Due to the specific scope of the studies mainly indigenous, Polish sources were used -Polish National Bank (NBP) and Statistics Poland reports and analysis.
W warunkach tzw. "nowej gospodarki" organizacje stale poszukują możliwości optymalizacji swojej działalności. Wskazuje się między innymi na potrzebę ograniczania kosztów, wzrostu efektywności inwestycji czy maksymalizacji wykorzystania potencjału własnych zasobów, co w konsekwencji winno przekładać się na utrwalanie przewagi konkurencyjnej. Coraz częściej organizacje skłaniają się ku rozwiązaniom zakładającym nawiązywanie współpracy ze swoimi konkurentami przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu relacji konkurencyjnych. Takie podejścia określa się koopetycją, która stanowi ewolucyjne rozwinięcie dotychczasowych strategii czystych (kooperacji lub konkurencji). Koopetycja jest eksplorowana naukowo głównie na gruncie funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Autorzy opracowania wskazują również na możliwość kształtowania relacji koopetycji w odniesieniu do funkcjonowania jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, czemu towarzyszy równie wysoki potencjał badawczy. W artykule skoncentrowano się na charakterystyce podejścia koopetycyjnego, przedstawiono definicję, cechy koopetycji, podstawowe typologie oraz potencjalne korzyści z niej płynące. W drugiej części artykułu przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania koopetycji w odniesieniu do funkcjonowania jednostek samorządu terytorialnego na szczeblu lokalnym - gminny, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem gmin tworzących obszary metropolitalne.
W artykule podjęto problematykę poziomu zrównoważonego rozwoju jednostek samorządu terytorialnego tworzących obszary metropolitalne (OM) w Polsce. Do oceny i sporządzenia rankingów zrównoważonego rozwoju wybrano metodę wzorca Hellwiga. W badaniach wykorzystano dane pochodzące z Banku Danych Lokalnych (GUS). Dokonano oceny 345 gmin i miast tworzących osiem polskich obszarów metropolitalnych w aspektach ekonomicznym, społecznym, ekologicznym i przestrzennym oraz w ujęciu całościowym. Wykorzystano dane z 2015 r. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że poziom zrównoważonego rozwoju badanych jednostek jest zależny od lokalizacji, liczby ludności, rodzaju oraz przynależności do konkretnego obszaru. Wyższy poziom zrównoważonego rozwoju w aspektach ekonomicznym, społecznym i przestrzennym wykazują jednostki miejskie, zlokalizowane w centralnej strefie, o liczbie ludności powyżej 50 tys. mieszkańców (OM Warszawy). W przypadku aspektu ekologicznego wyższy poziom wykazują jednostki wiejskie, peryferyjne i o niższej liczbie ludności (OM Szczecina i OM Łodzi).
Monografia podejmuje aktualną i istotną tematykę wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii, w tym innowacyjnych produktów technologicznych i biznesowych w działalności podmiotów aktywnych na rynku nieruchomości mieszkaniowych, głównie na rynku pierwotnym. Jest to słabo rozpoznany do tej pory obszar badawczy wykorzystujący innowacyjne technologie z grupy PropTech, które oddziałują na zrównoważony rozwój lokalnych rynków mieszkaniowych w Polsce, a także funkcjonowanie miast i aglomeracji (w szerszym zakresie). Autorów interesuje oddziaływanie nowoczesnych technologii na społeczeństwo, w tym społeczności lokalne, środowisko naturalne, ład korporacyjny, gospodarkę lokalną, w tym rynek pracy. Zasadniczym celem monografii jest przedstawienie teoretycznych i praktycznych aspektów PropTech w odniesieniu do działalności deweloperów mieszkaniowych na lokalnym rynku nieruchomości. Autorzy dokonali krytycznego przeglądu literatury oraz przeprowadzili badania własne wśród przedsiębiorstw deweloperskich na wybranym lokalnym (poznańskim) rynku mieszkaniowym.

Podmiotem badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych na przełomie 2015 i 2016 roku były samorządy tworzące obszary metropolitalne w Polsce (łącznie 345 gmin i miast). Kierowano się przesłanką, że w przypadku wybranych podmiotów dominującym podejściem w ramach kształtowania relacji jest współpraca. Celem badań było, po pierwsze, opracowanie typologii relacji podejmowanych w polskich obszarach metropolitalnych, po drugie, identyfi kacja typu dominującego.
