Due to the necessity of using technology in the most of banking and financial services, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has become one of the key drivers for financial institutions’ success. Financial institutions including banks implement AI based systems for the aim of meeting the needs of their clients. Although developing economies are bit slower in such adoption, however, they are still making their efforts. The current paper sheds the light on the role of AI in the enhancement of banking sector by exploring how AI based systems contribute in enhancing banking services and developing the trust of clients towards these services, so that developing economies could also adopt such advancements confidently. Consequently, after studying the Jordanian banking system through primary data, incorporating banking employees and clients, the study revealed that AI based systems conduct a central role in enhancing effective risk management, creating convenience, reducing costs and improving clients’ trust towards banking services. Moreover, the study induced that developing countries like Jordan should adopt and implement AI based systems in banking operations and services so that their banking sectors could play a more constructive part of their economies.
Counterproductive work Behaviors is certainly causes high economic costs for the organizations, psychological, and social costs as well That is why, it should be well-controlled or the organizations go to a great lost. Therefore many organizations have prioritized talent management to ensure they acquire, develop and retain the right staff. The main objective of this research is to test the impact of talent management on Counterproductive work Behaviors. The questioner was used as a tool to collect information from the study sample in the industrial companies in Jordan. The results showed that there is an impact of talent management, represented in (attract talent, talent retention, talent development and career succession) on Counterproductive work behaviors represented in (sabotage, withdrawal, Deviation in production, Theft, Bribery).
Employees that are highly engaged are more likely to put out effort in their given responsibilities, solve problems creatively and innovatively, and show initiative and enthusiasm at work. The service company has become innovative. Due to the obvious short product life cycle and globalization, companies cannot imagine growing without innovation. Unlike in the past, when the quest for innovation was limited to a select few, today’s search for innovation involves all of the company’s employees. Hence, this study examined impact of job crafting on employee’s innovative work behavior in Renewable Energy Companies in Amman. The data were collected from 200 managers, heads of departments, production supervisors and workers in renewable energy companies. In addition, the study employed Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study showed that task crafting, cognitive crafting and relation crafting have significant and positive effect on innovative work behavior in Renewable Energy Companies in Amman. This research is aimed to get a deeper understanding of job crafting and its micro level investor consequences, which have never been studied previously.
