Transformative learning based on literacy and numeracy in elementary schools in thematic lessons from grades 1-6 can be implemented by providing stimulus to students. Literacy and numeracy are important skills that must be possessed by elementary school students to support their abilities in education, reach their potential, and participate in society. This article will review the concept of transformative learning based on literacy and numeracy for elementary school children. The theory of transformative learning and the concept of numeracy literacy are elaborated as the development of learning concepts because transformative learning does not only transfer knowledge but also makes changes, especially understanding literacy and numeracy.
Performance is an essential factor in an organization; increasing organizational performance can be affected by the leadership and organizational culture. Good leadership and organizational culture will create job satisfaction for employees, thereby improving employee performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 275 employees of fire management and rescue of the North Jakarta administration. The data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that situational leadership and organizational culture did not have a significant relationship with performance directly. Nevertheless, situational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested that the organization needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Further researchers can replicate the model in a different context to verify the applicability of the model.
This study aims to determine how digitalization of learning content, especially learning media, in elementary schools. Digital literacy, as a critical skill for teachers and elementary school students, consists of information literacy, media literacy, and ICT literacy. Through digital literacy, students are expected to have extraordinary abilities to think, learn, communicate, work together, and create. The research results conducted in three different elementary schools show that teachers have provided learning media with a touch of technology.Keywords: elementary school teachers, learning content, digital literacy, learning media, elementary students.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana digitalisasi konten pembelajaran terutama media pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Library is the most important thing in sharpening youth knowledge. So as a strategy in order to form productivity mabaca and nenulis juveniles. Because adolescents with their sensitivity are very sensitive to the environment so it triggers the juvenile delinquency. Therefore, this dedication is carried out during the one-month time allocation through the procurement of multi-source mini libraries that are established through the form of training or workshops that are teenagers strategic in the formation of the growth of literacy productivity. The results obtained show that the formation of reading and writing culture through multi-source library conducted with the guidance of inten. Workshops or reading and writing skills can make it easier for youth IPM to give creativity and innovation. So denagan kegitan like that a bit much can minimize juvenile delinquency. Therefore, the need to hold a mini library in a mosque with activities of literacy and adolescent literacy should be done in a sustainable manner.
Social change includes elements of both material and non-material culture. This emphasizes the great influence of material elements of culture on non-material elements. Technological developments cause cultural changes.The digital era has an impact on shifting interest in the search for Islamic knowledge from offline to online systems. Therefore, religious learning becomes easy and practical. The transfer of Islamic religious knowledge in “ngaji online" is not only from the teacher directly by coming to a majlis ta'lim, but can be done through social media. "Ngaji online " on social media must be equipped with controls for the content displayed. The new order that emerges from the activity of "ngaji online" forms a new habitus that adapts to the social conditions of the community. The paradigm of social change theory discusses changes in society and the processes that occur in these changes. The problem in the online Ngaji phenomenon leads to a social fact paradigm that is linked to functional structural theory.
