Abstract. Different polymercoated stationary phases have been evaluated in micro-LC: Nucleosil-100-5-Cl-PMSClS (C,,-substituted polymethylsiloxane, C1-deactivated with trimethylsilylenolate) and Nucleosil-100-5-C1-PMSCN (cyanopropyl-substituted polymethylsiloxane, Cl-deactivated) in the reversed phase mode and Nucleosil-100-5-PEG (polyethylene glycol-coated) in the normal phase mode.Fused silica tubing of 320-pm i.d. was slurry packed with suspensions optimized for each packing material. The micropacked columns were studied for efficiency and selectivity. The silanol activities of the polymer coated phases were compared to monomeric phases for the reversed phase mode and to silica for the normal phase mode.
phenolic compound (a-naphthok), whereas it is quantitatively analyzed by cold on-column/sample-split injection. Carbaryl and wnaphthol were identified by GC-MS. This is in complete agreement with the results recently reported by Stan [12].
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
