La prise en charge de la douleur chronique en France met en collaboration notamment des somaticiens et des « psys ». L'Enquête nationale soma-psy (ENSP) a voulu explorer comment se pratique cette pluridisciplinarité, en interrogeant au moyen d'un questionnaire les somaticiens (généralistes et spécialistes), les psychiatres et les psychologues exerçant dans des structures douleur. Cet article en présente les principaux résultats : profils et pratiques des professionnels, aménagement et vécu du partenariat, critiques et propositions d'évolution.Mots clés Douleur chronique · Prise en charge pluridisciplinaire · Évaluation des pratiques Abstract The care and treatment of chronic pain in France involves collaboration between physicians and psychiatrists. The national survey (ENSP) aimed to explore how this multi-disciplinary approach functioned, by interviewing, in questionnaire format, the physicians (GPs and specialists), psychiatrists and psychologists involved with pain management. This article presents the most important findings: profiles and practices of the professionals questioned, application and day-to-day reality of the partnerships, assessment and suggestions.
