Método: Revisão sistemática de artigos originais que analisam os métodos diagnósticos para a detecção da infecção pelo H.pylori, no período de 2014 até 2018 utilizando o Google Acadêmico, Bireme, Scielo e LILACS como base de dados. Resultados: Diversos métodos diagnósticos são utilizados para detecção do H.pylori, classificados em invasivos e não invasivos. Dentre os métodos invasivos, o mais indicado é o teste molecular (PCR) e dentre os métodos não invasivos, o teste respiratório com 13C-uréia é o com maior especificidade e sensibilidade. Conclusão: Não existe nenhum teste considerado padrão-ouro, fazendo-se necessário analisar cada situação específica e buscar a melhor alternativa diante da condição clínica do paciente, assim como a disponibilidade do exame nos diversos serviços especializados, contribuindo assim, para um diagnóstico seguro, preciso e eficaz. Methods: The method was a systematic review of original articles that analyze the diagnostic methods for the detection of H. pylori infection from 2015 to 2018 using Google Scholar, Bireme, Scielo and LILACS as a database. Results: Several diagnostic methods are used to detect H. pylori, classified as invasive and noninvasive. Among the invasive methods, the molecular test (PCR) is the most indicated and among the noninvasive methods, the respiratory test with 13C-urea is the one with the highest specifity and sensivity. As doenças e agravos não transmissíveis (DANT), que inclui as doenças do aparelho circulatório, entre outras (doenças cardiovasculares, cerebrovasculares, isquêmicas, as neoplasias, as doenças respiratórias crônicas e o diabetes mellitus), são atualmente consideradas como epidemia, constituindo um grave impasse de saúde pública, em países ricos ou de média e baixa renda. Objetivo: Foi identificar o número de óbitos por principais doenças do aparelho circulatório por unidade de pessoa no ano de 2015 no estado do Pará. Metodologia: Estudo observacional, do tipo ecológico, a partir de dados secundários do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS). O estudo apresenta como população alvo os indivíduos com doenças do aparelho circulatório residentes no estado do Pará no momento do óbito, no ano de 2015. Resultados: No ano de 2015, o DATASUS registrou 8.714 números de óbitos por doenças do aparelho circulatório no estado do Pará, enquanto que no Brasil o total foi de 349.642, no mesmo período. As que possuíram maior número de óbito nesse período. Tendo como as principais: infarto agudo do miocárdio (26,92%); acidente vascular cerebral não especifico se hemorrágico ou isquêmico (23,98%); insuficiência cardíaca (8,14%). Conclusão: Foi possível identificar as doenças do aparelho circulatório que mais causaram óbito no ano de 2015, no estado do Pará, que foram em ordem decrescente: infarto agudo do miocárdio, acidente vascular encefálico não especificado em hemorrágico ou isquêmica, insuficiência cardíaca.
A Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador (VISAT) é um dos componentes do Sistema Nacional de Vigilância em Saúde. É uma ferramenta importante do Sistema Único de Saúde, para ações de promoção em saúde e redução da morbimortalidade dos trabalhadores. As ações de vigilância em saúde do trabalhador devem ser desenvolvidas por profissionais da vigilância em saúde e dos centros de referência em saúde do trabalhador. Foi utilizada a aplicação do Método Altadir de Planificação Popular, ao construir o planejamento das ações, onde primeiramente, foi selecionado e descrito o problema, identificado de acordo com a sua importância, notou-se então que as metas instituídas de recursos para Saúde do trabalhador não foram alcançadas. Diante disso, fazse necessário colocar em prática a aplicação do Método Altadir de Planificação Popular (MAPP) na gestão em Saúde do Trabalhador de Belém do Para, pois de acordo com os dados da Secretária de Saúde do Município de Belém do Pará (SESMA), a utilização dos recursos e gestão se mostrou ineficiente, o que ocasiona em um mau funcionamento desse componente do sistema de vigilância em saúde.
