Abstract. The double-rows sugarcane harvester is a large agricultural machinery, it has complicated working conditions and high failure rate in the process of harvesting, which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of harvesting. Aiming at these problems, the electrical and hydraulic control system using PLC as the control core was designed. Through the PC monitoring program, the system could complete the online settings and monitor the operation conditions of the control parameters to achieve complex logic control and matching control of each actuator's movement speed. The results from the harvesting test in Guangxi farm show that the control system has advantages of convenient and reliable operation, reducing the failure rate, and improving the quality and efficiency of harvesting.
Abstract. For the strong theoretical, practical and applied characteristics of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission", the traditional teaching methods of the course has been facing difficulties which the teachers find it difficult to teach and the students feel it hard to learn for a long time. In order to improve teaching efficiency and quality of the course, the OBE method was applied in the teaching practice of the course. The method relies on AMESim software and actual engineering project to realize the combination of theory and practice, furthermore provides an open self-learning platform for students. Experimental study on the teaching of the course for two years was carried out by using equal group test method to verify the effect of OBE. The results show that the OBE mode can not only play a very good role in the course teaching and significantly improve the teaching effect, but also promote students' professional quality and the ability of independent innovation.
Abstract. Hydraulic transmission technology is a combination of fluid mechanics, mechanical design, mechanical principles, electrical and electronic, automatic control and other aspects of the comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum. In order to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, this paper puts forward the specific reform schemes of hydraulic transmission course, from the following three aspects: teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment methods described in detail for the "hydraulic transmission" curriculum reform measures. Teaching practice shows that the reform measures have obtained good teaching effect.

Experimental study on the teaching of the course for three years was carried out by using equal group test method to verify the effect of virtual experiment. The results show that virtual experiment can not only play a very good role in the course teaching and significantly improve the teaching effect, but also promote students' professional quality and the ability of independent innovation.
Abstract. In order to meet the requirements of engineering education accreditation, aiming at the important basic course of Control Engineering Fundamental, a teaching model is put forward, which combine with the case teaching, multimedia, MATLAB professional software. It enables students to have a deep understanding of theoretical knowledge in this teaching practice model, and their ability of using knowledge to analyze and solve complicate problems in mechanical engineering field is improved. So it proves the feasibility of the teaching mode.
