Abstract-With the development of national industrial level, the demand for innovative talents is higher and higher Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission is a course with strong practicality and comprehensiveness. Traditional teaching mode only pays attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and neglect the training of engineering practice ability. The complete training system of this course should include: the function of hydraulic components, the cognition of functional symbols, the functional analysis of hydraulic system, the layout of hydraulic system and the design of the hydraulic pump station, the control of hydraulic system in PLC and the production practice of this course. However, traditional teaching mode only gives attention to the first two parts of the content, which is not conducive to the component of students' knowledge system. On basis of the current situation, in this article, we improve the traditional single teaching mode and propose a diversified teaching mode. The new teaching mode is designed in order to establish a complete knowledge system and improve students' ability to solve engineering practice.
Slide valve spool throttling grooves play a very important role for the working performance of multi-way valve. In order to solve some problems such as serious pressure loss and excessive operating force of hands, when multi-way valve is in working. An improved scheme of new type throttling grooves is provided, the mathematical model of new-type throttling grooves is constructed, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the structure of throttling grooves and we can get the optimal design parameters. Thus, the flow characteristic of the valve port is improved, and the working performance of multi-way valve is promoted.
Abstract. In order to improve the efficiency of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission" teaching, the grey relational analysis method is adopted in the analysis of the teaching effect and the evaluation of the influencing factors. Combining the teaching effect evaluation, the grey relation model is established and then the evaluation sequence of teaching effect is also established. Through data analysis and processing, we get the evaluation sequence which has the greatest correlation degree with the characteristic behavior sequence as the optimal sequence. And according to the result of the optimal sequence, the weight influence coefficient is obtained. According to the evaluation criteria, the influencing factors are obtained, which make the teaching improvement of curriculum more targeted. This paper first puts forward the application of grey relational theory in teaching reform. The analysis method also provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the objective teaching effect of other courses.
Abstract. Traditional training program, assessment requirements and evaluation criteria can already not meet the requirements of college students in the new era because of the characteristics of the Course Mechanical Engineering Control Base, the course is abstract, and subject is highly crossed. On the basis of the study of the current situation of college students, the characteristics of course, summary of the training program and the evaluation method of this course, a trinity training model combining closed-book exam, MATLAB computer examination, and after-school homework study is presented in this paper. This mode develops what is useful and discards what is not. It changes the way students learn this course from simple understanding to practice and then cognition, which plays a certain role in promoting students' learning enthusiasm, interest cultivation, application ability and the construction of knowledge system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
