Freshwater swamp forest is the most productive ecosystem and plays an important role in the ecological system. The aimed of this study was to analyze structure, composition, plant diversity and to identify the important abiotic environment factors influencing plant diversity on seasonal Tujuh Danau Swamp Forest, Riau. This study was carried out with the quadrat plot methods. In total 200 plots were laid on 1,000 ha area. The result revealed that 97 species of 36 families were identified in the study site. Seedlings and trees contained greater numbers of individuals than saplings and poles levels. Sterculia gilva Mig. was the dominant species in all (seedling, sapling, poles, trees) level. The dominant family in all growth levels were Euphorbiaceae and Dipterocarpaceae. Tree diameters class distribution was a reverse "J" curve indicating the forest in a normal condition. Shannon-Wienner diversity index were high at the extent of 3.08-3.29. Species distribution base on Evenness index showed that the distribution of species was unequal on seasonal swamp forest community. Soil properties of silt, sand, clay and canopy cover were the important abiotic factors influencing the diversity of seedlings on the seasonal swamp forest.
This research was accomplished to find out whether English textbook “When English Rings A Bell” for Junior High School on seventh grade fulfilled each criterion of textbook evaluation criteria. The researcher used qualitative analysis as the research design. The data source was collected from English textbook “When English Rings A Bell” for Junior High School on seventh grade. The instrument of this study was textbook evaluation criteria. The researcher collected the data by using checklist to evaluate the textbook then analyzing the data shown from the checklist and making some interpretations, and finally describing the results from the assessment table. The result confirmed that English textbook “When English Rings A Bell” for Junior High School on seventh grade was categorized as inappropriate book because there were only four of fourteen sub- criteria which were fulfilled, namely the objectives were given in the beginning of the book and each chapter, the topic or materials were suitable with the objectives, there were visual materials relevant with the topic, and the instructions of the exercises were clear and easy to understand in terms of completed by examples, while the rest ten criteria were not fulfilled. It was recommended to the teacher to cover the weaknesses of the book by their teaching style or to find another reference outside this textbook. Keywords: Textbook, Evaluation Criteria
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan pada PT Bumi Sari Prima Pematangsiantar. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap retensi karyawan pada PT Bumi Sari Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Bumi Sari Prima Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 117 (seratus tujuh belas) orang dan yang menjadi sampel berjumlah 91 (sembilan puluh satu) orang. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, dan variabel terikat adalah retensi karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Karyawan menyatakan cukup puas dengan kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan dikategorikan cukup tinggi. 2) Hasil pengujian regresi adalah Ŷ= 26,744 + 1,289X berarti kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. 3) Hasil r = 0,760, artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan retensi karyawan pada PT Bumi Sari Prima Pematangsiantar. Tinggi rendahnya retensi karyawan 57,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan kerja pada PT Bumi Sari Prima Pematangsiantar. 4) Hipotesis Ha diterima, artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan pada PT Bumi Sari Prima Pematangsiantar.
This study aims to determine the effect of learning achievement in creative products and entrepreneurship (PKK) subjects and self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with a total of 836 students and a sample of 89 students obtained from a purposive sampling technique then simplified using the Slovin formula. The characteristics that are considered in sampling with purposive sampling technique are student who are or have completed PKK subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru class XII. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires for primary data namely variables of self-efficacy variables and entrepreneurial interest and documentation for secondary data, namely the variable of PKK learning achievement. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed learning achievement PKK subjects and self-efficacy had a positive effect on student interest in entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with a regression equation of 23,270 + 0.513 X1 + 0, 456 X2 and contributed 58.3% to students' interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: Prestasi Belajar, Mata Pelajaran Produk kreatif dan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, Minat Berwirausaha
This study aimed to analyze the effect of education level, the understanding of accounting, the understanding of information technology, as well as socialization and training on the implementation of EMKM Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) on MSMEs in Banjarmasin, with a population of 37,540 MSMEs. In order to determine the sample, the Slovin formula was used and obtained 100 heads of MSMEs as respondents. Using multiple regression analysis tools, the results of this study indicated that the understanding of accounting and understanding of information technology had a positive and significant impact on the implementation of EMKM Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Meanwhile, education level and socialization and training had no significant influence on the implementation of EMKM Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
