Pelatihan pembuatan bento bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menciptakan bekal makan yang menarik dan unik. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, praktik dan pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan dengan beban 5 jam praktek. Tempat pelatihan bento diadakan di aula Kecamatan Danurejan dan dihadiri oleh 50 peserta di wilayah Kecamatan Danurejan. Hasil pelatihan pembuatan bento terlihat peserta mulai terampil dalam menciptakan kreativitas menata makanan sehingga tercipta bekal makan yang menarik, unik dan layak jual. Rekomendasi selanjutnya peserta diharapkan mengulang dan berlatih kembali dirumah. Bento making training aims to increase creativity to create interesting and unique lunch. The method used is socialization, practice and training. This training activity was held once with a load of 5 hours of practice. The bento training venue was held in the Danurejan Region hall and was attended by 50 participants in the Danurejan Region area. The results of the training on making bento show that participants began to be skilled in creating creativity in arranging food so as to create interesting, unique and worth selling lunch. The next recommendation is that participants are expected to repeat and practice again at home.
This study aims to develop an interactive learning application that helps in providing direction on food preservation practices which are then expected to be a means of delivering material using video tutorials, text and equipped with sign language interpreter videos so that learning becomes more communicative for deaf students. The research method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development procedure used in this research is the Luther-Sutopo method. Subjects in this study focused on deaf students who took food preservation courses. The form of the instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The results of the study show that at stage The results of the study show that at stage (1) The interactive learning application can help in providing direction on food preservation practices for deaf students. This application contains a means of delivering material in the form of learning tutorial videos equipped with text and added with translator videos using sign language. This application is declared feasible in all aspects either by media experts or deaf students. (2) The results of application trials from media experts obtained the most in the aspect of assessing media integration. The results of the trial obtained from deaf students obtained the highest score was on the artistic and aesthetic aspects and on the aspects of overall functioning.
Upaya mendukung program pemerintah dalam memberikan makanan sehat dan bergizi diadakan suatu program pendukung yaitu dalam bahasa jawa disebut dengan “Nglawuhi Mbagei”. Dalam hal ini nglawuhi mbagei membagikan makanan lengkap empat sehat lima sempurna yang disiapkan dengan higienis, sehat dan lengkap. Kegiatan Nglawuhi Mbagei dilaksanakan setiap hari Jum’at . Relawan dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 10 orang. Metodepelaksanaan awal adalah demonstrasi dengan berbagai jenis menu makanan sehat baik lauk pauk, sayuran, kue dan kudapan basah. Nglawuhi berasal dari kata “lawuh” yang artinya laukpauk. Nglawuhi seolah-olah banyak laukpauk yang menambah nafsu makan. Mbagei sendiri artinya membagi sesuatu bersama. Dalam hal ini nglawuhi mbagei membagikan makanan lengkap empat sehat lima sempurna yang disiapkan dengan higienis, sehat dan lengkap. Relawan dalam program kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK RW 05 sebanyak 10 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian setiap hari Jum'at pada pukul 10.00 - 13.00 WIB. Dana dalam program kegiatan ini sepenuhnya berasal dari RW 05 yang dikembalikan kembali kepada warga dalambentuk makanan bergizi baik pada sasaran balita, lansia maupun warga biasa. Makanan dibuat lengkap dari lauk, pauk, kudapan basah, snack dan aneka minuman sehat. Menjaga pola makan sehat bergizi dan seimbang adalah bagian penting untuk mendukung sistem daya tahan tubuh. Penularan corona dapat diantisipasi dengan mengkonsumsi makanan sehat dan pola hidup yang seimbang agar meningkatkan sistem imun. Program kegiatan “Nglawuhi Mbagei” dapat menambah kekebalan tubuh pada era pandemic khususnya warga di kampung Sosrokusuman dengan memberikan makanan empat sehat lima sempurna setiap minggunya.
