Banjir adalah bencana alam yang sering terjadi setiap musim hujan. Bencana ini tidak hanya menyebabkan kerugian harta benda, tetapi juga korban manusia. Untuk itu dalam upaya mitigasi banjir, diperlukan pemetaan tentang daerah yang rentan dan memiliki risiko terhadap banjir. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi daerah yang rentan terhadap banjir adalah penginderaan jauh. Teknik ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu kajiannya meliputi daerah yang luas dan memiliki biaya yang relatif murah jika dibandingkan dengan survey lapangan.
Scientific thinking skills are higher-order thinking skills that must be had by students in facing the era of global competition to overcome various problems. This study aims to examine students’ scientific thinking skills covering aspects of logical thinking, analysis, systematic, inductive and deductive in solving problems that include defining, identifying, formulating alternative solutions and determining the best solutions in solving global warming problems. This research uses a quantitative approach as outlined in the form of a description. The subjects of the study were high school students, Bandung City, with a total of 196 people spread across nine schools. Data obtained through questionnaires, observation, literature study, and study of documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and percentage. The results showed that the students’ scientific thinking skills in the analysis and logical aspects were good criteria. Whereas systematic, inductive, and deductive were sufficient criteria. The development of the issue of global warming has not been implemented well. The researchers recommend that schools and teachers integrate the problem of global warming with learning, train students in studying various global warming phenomena through higher order thinking problems and problem-solving to have scientific thinking skills.
Pengindraan jauh saat ini sudah mulai dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai bidang keilmuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengindraan jauh) di Kecamatan Pangandaran untuk mengetahui kesesuaian kerapatan vegetasi dengan hasil interpretasi. Menggunakan citra Landsat 8 dengan metode Unsupervised Classification Iso Data dan dalam pengolahannya menggunakan softwareEnvi 5.0 dan Arcgis 10.4. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis spasial dan membandingkan hasil interpretasi dengan hasil data di lapangan, dan melakukan uji akurasi. Uji akurasi dilakukan untuk menemukan besaran kesesuaian metode dengan data yang dilakukan. Maka akan dapat diketahui bahwa metode klasifikasi yang digunakan kurang tepat untuk mengidentifikasi kerapatan vegetasi karena memiliki banyak data yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di lapangan. Dengan mengidentifikasi kerapatan vegetasi, maka dapat membantu mengetahui perencanaan ruang terbuka hijau yang tepat untuk wilayah kecamatan Pangandaran.
The Northern Suburbs of Bandung City are the areas affected by the expansion of Bandung City. In fact, one of the impacts of the expansion is the increase in land prices on the Northern Suburbs of Bandung. This present study aims at mapping the land prices and finding out factors affecting the land prices on the Northern Suburbs of Bandung. The method used in this study was a descriptive approach by explaining the results of the field analysis. The data were collected by interviewing 120 respondents accidentally in all villages bordering Bandung City. The data were analyzed using percentage analysis and spatial modelling. The results showed that the most expensive land price in 2019 could be found in Cimenyan District, specifically located in Ciburial Village at the price of Rp. 3,437,000 per square meters, in Lembang District, particularly in Lembang Village at the price of Rp. 5,000,000 per square meters, and in Parongpong District, particularly in Ciwaruga Village at the price of Rp. 4,312,500 per square meter. The increased land prices in the Northern Suburbs of Bandung City is caused by the ease of accessibility, the establishment of many luxury settlements, and tourism sites.
