RESUMOA anatomo-fisiologia do recém-nascido (RN) lhe confere desvantagens que influenciarão na forma e na resposta à ventilação. A cafeína está presente na alimentação das brasileiras e a relação entre seu consumo e a ocorrência de apneia da prematuridade tem sido estudada em gestantes, uma vez que ao atravessar a barreira placentária pode estimular o centro respiratório. O objetivo do presente estudo foi relacionar o consumo de cafeína materna durante a gestação e a incidência de apneia em prematuros. Foi utilizada ficha de coleta de dados para o RN e um questionário alimentar recordatório sobre os hábitos alimentares na gestação. Os recém-nascidos (RNs) seguiram em observação por 5 horas/dia, durante 3 dias, visando identificar a ocorrência de pausas e, ou apneias registradas anteriormente. Os dados foram submetidos ao teste de Spearman para correlação das variáveis não-paramétricas, considerando o nível de significância p<0,05. Foram estudados 20 prematuros e apenas 01 apresentou episódio de apneia. Além disso, não foi observada correlação estatística significante entre o consumo de cafeína e a ocorrência de apneias. Assim, consumo de cafeína nas doses aferidas no presente estudo não se correlacionou com a ocorrência de apneia da prematuridade.Palavraschave: Prematuridade, Apneia e Cafeína. ABSTRACTThe anatomy-physiology of the newborn (NB) confers disadvantages to influence the shape and the response to ventilation. Caffeine is present in the feed of the Brazilian and the relationship between consumption and the occurrence of apnea of prematurity has been investigated in pregnant women, since when crossing the placenta may stimulate the respiratory center. The aim of this study was to relate the consumption of maternal caffeine during pregnancy and the incidence of apnea in preterm infants. It was used data collection form for the RN and a questionnaire about dietary recall eating habits during pregnancy. The RNs followed under observation for five hours / day for 3 days, to identify the occurrence of pauses and apneas or previously recorded. The data were submitted to Spearman correlation test for non-parametric variables, considering the significance level of p <0.05. We studied 20 premature and only 01 had an episode of apnea. Moreover, there was no significant statistical correlation between caffeine intake and the occurrence of apneas. Thus, caffeine consumption in measured doses in this study did not correlate with the occurrence of apnea of prematurity.

This study aimed to characterize the population assisted by the physiotherapy service in the gynecological ward and to identify the most adopted strategies for physiotherapy. Retrospective study with medical records of consultations carried out in the gynecological ward attended by the Physiotherapy service of the Primary Care Internship of the Physiotherapy course at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, including medical records and screening of women attended from February 2019 to September 2022 in a maternity from the city of São Paulo. The population studied has an average age of 47 years, 35.8% have completed high school, 2.5% are domestic workers and 47% are married. The most common type of delivery reported was normal with 50.8%. Among the procedures performed, abdominal hysterectomy was the most frequent (24.3%). Regarding urine loss, 22.4% reported stress urinary incontinence. About the contraction of the pelvic floor, 57.6% claimed not to perform. As for the subsequent physiotherapeutic referral, 66.8% did not need physiotherapeutic follow-up after hospital discharge.

Objective of the study: To propose and evaluate the DIMEP methodology for diagnosing and monitoring the maturity of startups in academic institutions, based on dimensions, subdimensions and maturity levels for evaluating startups at different entrepreneurial journey stages.Methodology: Exploratory, with the proposal of DIMEP, based on the concepts of entrepreneurial journey in academic environments and critical success factors for startups; and its application in a case study to evaluate the entrepreneurial journey promoted in the innovation ecosystem of a Brazilian university.Originality / Relevance: Stimulating student entrepreneurship requires a monitoring methodology throughout the entrepreneurial journey. The literature still lacks well-structured proposals in this regard. DIMEP emerges as an evaluation methodology with demonstrated applicability in this context.Main Results: DIMEP was evaluated during a pre-acceleration program of the university under study, proving to help monitor the projects, allowing an objective assessment of their progress and difficulties, diagnosing particular aspects of each project and the most challenging dimensions for all the program’s startups.Theoretical / Methodological Contributions: A generic methodology for diagnosing the maturity of innovative ventures. Its positive aspects include generality, structuring around a well-defined entrepreneurial journey, the possibility of carrying out qualitative and quantitative analyzes and flexibility to customize different universities’ entrepreneurship journeys.Social / Managerial Contributions: DIMEP has applicability potential in evaluating startups in other institutions, contributing to the development of their innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems, concerning monitoring the entrepreneurial journey.
