O propósito deste estudo foi desenvolver uma análise sobre a volumetria de chamadas de Call Center de uma distribuidora e implementar um modelo preditivo retroalimentável para cálculo da demanda necessária. Foram levadas em conta as variáveis históricas do atendimento e a possibilidade de inclusão de variáveis meteorológicas para desenvolvimento de uma projeção estocástica do volume de chamadas recebidas. Foi realizada uma projeção estocástica para TMA (Tempo Médio de Atendimento), em que, com os modelos marginais Kernel e a estrutura de correlação temporal, foi obtido o modelo de simulação semanal de chamadas, gerando cenários em base intra horária. Também foi desenvolvido o modelo de projeção semanal de 48 postos diários (janelas de 30 minutos), em que foi utilizada a função de distribuição Kernel e função de acoplamento para análise de volumetria intra semanal. Para isso, foram construídos cenários com a devida correlação temporal entre os postos horários e dias da semana, o que permite o cálculo dos indicadores de atendimento, dado um número pré-estabelecido de atendentes disponíveis. Por fim, foi implementada uma ferramenta para cálculo dinâmico de volumetria, em que o usuário pode ajustar determinados parâmetros como janela temporal e número de atendentes para obtenção da projeção desejada.
A inadimplência prejudica financeiramente as distribuidoras de energia de forma significativa, uma vez que os processos de cobrança são custosos e suas margens de lucro, pequenas, frente aos volumes arrecadados. Sendo assim, garantir a eficiência nos processos de cobrança é essencial para reduzir as perdas financeiras e ampliar a recuperação de receita, garantindo ganhos operacionais. Esse trabalho propõe a implementação de um score de pagamento espontâneo para os consumidores com faturas em atraso, que indica sua propensão de quitar as dívidas espontaneamente, ou seja, sem receber qualquer ação de cobrança. Através desse índice, é possível otimizar a seleção dos mecanismos de cobrança, direcionando-os para grupos de clientes com menor probabilidade de pagarem suas faturas de forma espontânea. Esse índice foi criado através de um modelo preditivo capaz de ser implementado diretamente a partir do banco de dados, sem necessidade de software específico, e validado por um Teste A/B, fazendo uso de dados de cobrança, faturamento e pagamento dos consumidores para sua consolidação. A modelagem preditiva obteve uma aderência aos dados de 83% para cálculo de espontaneidade e propõe uma abordagem eficaz e adequada à dinâmica de aplicação, que requer uma solução mais simplificada no que diz respeito ao processamento exigido.
