This article considers the main stages of life cycle of construction project's informational model. The main trends of using various constructions' informational models are revealed and the domestic and foreign experience of implementing BIM technology is analyzed. The maturity levels of BIM technologies are considered according to the Bew Richards model of BIM implementation. It helps to make an analysis of currently used software
The paper presents an analysis of the current state of processing the results of laser scanning to build information models of construction objects at the operational stage.
The authors proposed a new methodology for combining project documentation and executive (as build) documentation (obtained via laser scanning procedure), presented an application of this methodology in the context of the entire life cycle of a construction project. The authors do not try to process point clouds (laser scanning results) and convert them into BIM objects (existing approach) but offer a methodology for working with raw data as BIM object.
The article discusses an approach to describing cracks using machine learning algorithms to simplify the issuance of defective statements for the reconstruction object. The presented approach makes it possible to describe the geometric characteristics of concrete structures and their defects by sets of equations in order to subsequently find the main characteristics of defects and enter them into the defect lists.
Abstract. The article considers the world practice in the field of energysaving construction technologies as well as the present-day situation in Russia. Also the authors consider problems associated with the growth of energy consumption and electricity generation, raise questions concerning the environmental problems of energy production. The recommendations on the reduction of energy consumption are given. The electricity production is a complicated labour-consuming process depending on many factors from world economic market situations to the power resources limitedness and negative effects on the environment. Therefore, in addition to the fossil fuel output, it is also necessary to pay attention to the measures on reduction of energy consumption and on the efficiency of its use.The energy consumption in the Russian Federation is more than 3 times as large as that in the West European countries; the RF economy is one of the most energy-consuming economies in the world [1]. In this connection, the RF Government set in 2008 a rather ambitions goal: to reduce the energy consumption by not less than 40% (in comparison with 2007) by 2020. This goal has been formulated in the RF President Decree No. 889 dated 04.07.2008 "About some measures on improvement of energy efficiency and environmental safety of the RF economy"; the aforesaid decree has been put into the basis of the Federal Law No. 261 FZ (dated 23.11
A review of papers in the field of development of automated design systems is presented. For the purpose of evaluation of urgency, importance and prospects of research works in the aforesaid field, the paper also includes the statistics on published works for the last five years. Based on the methods of statistical analysis and comparison, the data from the SCOPUS International Database have been collected. As a result, the main development trend in this direction has been revealed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
