This article considers the main stages of life cycle of construction project's informational model. The main trends of using various constructions' informational models are revealed and the domestic and foreign experience of implementing BIM technology is analyzed. The maturity levels of BIM technologies are considered according to the Bew Richards model of BIM implementation. It helps to make an analysis of currently used software
Presented are the results of the research on the impact of such factors as temperature conditions and cement phase composition on the effectiveness of hardening accelerators for concrete and other cement systems. The evaluation of the modifying elements effect has been performed by using the isothermal calorimetry method. This research revealed the selectivity of the admixtures impact when used together with different cement brands, as well as the possibility of increase setting time for cement systems in lower temperature conditions with the addition of Lithium carbonate based accelerator.
This article is a stage of the author’s research into the impact of different factors on the hydration of mineral binders. The problem of cement activity decrease due to adsorption moisture influence during long-term storage in normal conditions (20°C and 50% RH) was examined. The influence of storage period in airtight and non-airtight conditions on the kinetics of heat evolution during hydration as well as on phase composition of Portland cement was characterized using experimental methods.
The most important characteristic of building materials and products based on cement is the strength after 28 days of hardening under normal conditions. Currently, however more and more attention is paid to development of fast-curing systems, resulting in need for analyzing the kinetics of hardening cement systems in early stages. Article presents the results of experimental researches of determination the relationship between growth strength of cement-sand mixture and amount of heat power released during hydration pure cement. And also the effectiveness of accelerating admixture for cement systems is established by comparing the heat release curve obtained for modified composition and similar curve obtained for control composition. In the course of present work it was revealed that for two cement systems differing only in presence of monofunctional accelerator it is possible to compare indirectly the growth dynamics of strength through integral heat flow curve during hydration binder and using the isothermal calorimetry. This demonstrates the possibility to simplify selection the optimal accelerating admixture in development of concrete mix and other building mixes by using methods presented in the article
Abstract. Horizontal force during unsteady rolling is considered with its calculation for 4-high rolling stands when rolling torques and rolling stands geometrical characteristics are known. Phenomenon of appearance of horizontal forces applied to work rolls preceding appearance of all other basic loads in sheet rolling mill stands and their main drive lines was theoretically and experimentally proved for different rolling mill stands.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
