Globalization has brought to institutions greater competitiveness and visibility to products and services, which means that consumers started to be more demanding and take advantage of the best references for establishing standards for their care. The banking industry fits in this context, and to remain competitive they seek new developed management procedures to better serve their customers. The objective of this study is to demonstrate to the theme fragment bank funding and resource loans management, with an emphasis on customer relationship, how to select a bibliographic portfolio and perform their bibliometrics, in order to highlight the most recognized scientific contributions on the subject. This work is characterized as exploratory-descriptive, of theoretical-illustrative nature, using ProKnow-C-Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist as an intervention tool. The bibliographic portfolio with 13 articles was generated by the development process; the Journal of Financial Economics showed the highest impact factor to scientific community at both bases, JCR and SJR. Bank, Risk and Lending Outcomes were the main appellant keywords and the most prominent authors were Hans Degryse with two articles in the portfolio, article of Bank Governance, Regulation and Risk Taking, written by Luc Laeven and highest scientific recognition of Ross Levine.
ERRATANo artigo: "IT outsourcing management: the state of the art recognition by a constructivist process and bibliometrics" publicado no periódico "JISTEM -Journal of Information Systems and Technology Management", volume 12, número 2 de 2015, no Abstract, onde se lia:"This paper underlines the task characteristics of the emergency management life cycle. Moreover, the characteristics of three ubiquitous technologies including RFID, handheld computers and GIS are discussed and further used as a criterion to evaluate their potential for emergency management tasks. Built on a rather loose interpretation of Task-technology Fit model, a conceptual model presented in this paper advocates that a technology that offers better features for task characteristics is more likely to be adopted in emergency management. Empirical findings presented in this paper reveal the significance of task characteristics and their role in evaluating the suitability of three ubiquitous technologies before their actual adoption in emergency management.
Purpose This study aims to examine the characteristics of scientific publications that address the management of higher education institution (HEI) libraries from a sustainability perspective, through a bibliometric analysis, to contribute to the development of knowledge and to identify opportunities for further research. Design/methodology/approach The knowledge development process-constructivist instrument was used to select a portfolio of 24 articles that are scientifically acknowledged and aligned with the theme “Sustainable Management of Libraries in Higher Education Institutions” and delimited by the authors. This study, guided by a constructivist perspective, was carefully conducted to discern selections that differ from traditional definitions. The analysis followed a qualitative approach and used the following variables: fruitful authors, connection networks between authors and vision of sustainability (the degree of dimensional coverage). Findings The analysis of the literature highlighted the partnerships of authors from countries belonging to the American continent as the most involved in research on the subject and the evolution from a one-dimensional view – centred on the environment – to a multidimensional view. Originality/value The understanding is that library management in HEIs, from a sustainability perspective, is an essential aspect of institutional legitimacy for the stakeholders. Therefore, sustainability should be treated in a multidimensional way and integrated with the institution’s values.
The changes caused by the new competitive mood has implied people and in particular, the executives to make severer decisions. Regarding this situation, a new discipline called Decision Support has emerged. This fact increased the motivation of academics and practitioners to study and improving the Decision Support Management. To start a new research is important take into account what have been done, who researches, who publishes, and the main expressions to define this subject. In this context, this research proposes to find out informations about the theme Decision Support Management under the view of results according the manager's perceptions. Regarding this purpose, the 2 first steps of the process ProKnow-C (Knowledge Development Process -Constructivist) will be carry out. At the end, 12 highlight articles aligned with this theme and the researcher's perceptions were identified. Regarding this Bibliographic Portfolio and their references, the main journals, papers, authors and keywords were highlighted allowing the researcher knows what have been done about it, and who publishes and what are the most related words about the theme.
Compras Governamentais. AbstractThe present work aims at building a model to support the procurement and supply management of a public education organization. The used intervention instrument was the Multi-criteria Decision AidConstructivist methodology (MCDA-C), which is divided into three stages: (i) Structuring; (ii) Evaluation; and (iii) Recommendations. The application of this methodology allowed to identify the main aspects that affect the procurement and supply management process, according to the manager's perception. This is an exploratory research, based on a case study conducted in a Brazilian public organization. Necessary and sufficient factors for the procurement and supply process management were identified, organized, measured and integrated. The model building allowed the development of a management tool that incorporates graphical and numerical elements which highlight the weaknesses and the most competitive points in the studied process.
