Frame 3D printer tidak memerlukan bahan yang dapat menahan beban yang terlalu berat karena bagian nozzle dan motor pada umumnya berukuran kecil. Namun untuk 3D printer yang berukuran besar, tetap harus disesuaikan. Pengkajian ini dilakukan dengan cara desain sistematis. Hasil desain itu dibentuk dalam sebuah model 3D yang dapat dianalisis secara simulasi. Kemudian analisis dengan memberikan contoh beban-beban dilakukan untuk menstimulasikan kondisi nyata. Apabila hasil simulasi model itu dapat menahan beban-beban dan melakukan fungsi yang telah diberikan, maka kajian dapat diselesaikan. Namun jika hasil model rangka tersebut tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan, maka desain perlu dibuat ulang agar lebih sesuai. hasil analisis struktur yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil tegangan pada struktur juga masih jauh di bawah UTS dan YS dari aluminium profile.
The study of the effect of the weight fraction of the filler on the PANi/n-SiO2 composite was carried out in a high salinity medium. Nanosilica (n-SiO2) was synthesized from amorphous silica coprecipitation of Bancar Tuban natural sand using calcination method at 900oC for 6 hours. The synthesized nanosilica was mixed with paint using a variation of filler weight 0.25; 0.5; and 0.75 grams, then coated on SS304 steel. Corrosion experiments consist of two methods, namely polarization to determine the corrosion rate and immersion to identify corrosion products. The experimental results show that the PS50 sample has the lowest rate of 1.04x10-5 mpy
This study discusses the suspension on motorcycles by changing the standard suspension system, namely spring suspension / Coil Spring by designing an air suspension system to be applied to the Honda Vario 110 motorcycle. There are several problems with the suspension of spring-type motorcycles, namely when adjusting the suspension and the level of comfort. The purpose of this study is toknow the construction design, design and know the ratio of damping values pthere is an air suspension system and coil spring applied to the initial design of the motorcycle. The design and simulation method carried out is using Autodesk Inventor 2020 Software. In this design process, there are additions to the construction, namely the holder for the suspension as an air suspension support and changes to the size of the engine mounting which is extended to increase the suspension water storage space. As a result of the Autodesk Inventor 2020 simulation, the Air Suspension made of rubber with a load of 300 kg with a damping value of 7,744 N/m is greater than the initial suspension made of steel wire spring (SW) with a value of 7,500 N/m.
