The study of the effect of the weight fraction of the filler on the PANi/n-SiO2 composite was carried out in a high salinity medium. Nanosilica (n-SiO2) was synthesized from amorphous silica coprecipitation of Bancar Tuban natural sand using calcination method at 900oC for 6 hours. The synthesized nanosilica was mixed with paint using a variation of filler weight 0.25; 0.5; and 0.75 grams, then coated on SS304 steel. Corrosion experiments consist of two methods, namely polarization to determine the corrosion rate and immersion to identify corrosion products. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, recruitment, compensation and work placement on employee performance at the Pelita Utama School in Batam City. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 150 employees with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that first, the leadership variable partially has no positive and significant effect on employees, the t value (1.195) t table (1.985) and the significance value (0.235) 0.05. Recruitment variable partially has no positive and significant effect on employees with t value (1.112) t table (1.985) and significance value (0.268) 0.05. Compensation variable partially has no positive and significant effect on employees with t value (0.292) t table (1.985) and a significance value (0.771) 0.05. and the job placement variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employees with a value of t count (2.402) t table (1.985) and a significance value (0.018) 0.05. second, the variable leadership, recruitment, compensation and job placement simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employees with a value of f count (5.729) f table (2.46) and a significance value (0.000) 0.05.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dengan Hasil Belajar fisika siswa SMA, mengetahui hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Hasil Belajar fisika siswa SMA, serta mengetahui hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dan Self Efficacy dengan hasil belajar fisika siswa SMA. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi linier Y atas X1 diperoleh ̂= 33,797 + 0,5505 Dari hasil perhitungan ANAVA didapat Fhitung = 0,117 < Ftabel = 2,28. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier Y atas X2 diperoleh ̂= 30,061 + 0,5965 dan hasil perhitungan ANAVA didapat Fhitung = 0,4681 < Ftabel = 2,28. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan regresi linier Y atas X1 dan X2 diperoleh ̂= 43,52 + (0,996 1) + (0,586 2) dan koefisien korelasi ganda Fh = 14,076 > Ft (0,05 : 2/31) = 3,32. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi ganda dan korelasi parsial didapat analisis korelasi Y atas X1 adalah thitung> ttabel yaitu 6,108 > 2,042 yang berarti Ha diterima. Analisis korelasi Y atas X2 didapat thitung> ttabel yaitu 10,870 > 2,042 yang berarti Ha diterima, sedangkan analisis korelasi Y atas X1 dan X2 diperoleh Fhitung = 14,076 > Ftabel = 3,32 yang berarti Ha diterima. Koefisien korelasi parsial X1 dan Y jika X2 dikontrol diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 2,640 > 2,042 yang berarti Ha diterima, sedangkan koefisien korelasi parsial X2 dan Y jika X1 dikontrol diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 6,582 > 2,042 yang berarti Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Adversity Quotient dan Self Efficacy dengan Hasil Belajar fisika siswa SMA.
