Summary. Transport system is the key indicator of sustainable spatial development, because if it is ineffective it can render the economy, the environment, and society vulnerable. Despite the large number of already existing research, the city transportation system's development strategy design is still a relevant objective, because the existing ways and strategies of the transport development may not always be applicable in certain circumstances. This article presents the possible ways of improvement of sustainability of the city transportation systems adapted in accordance with the peculiarities of Russian cities. It is stated that when working out a city transportation system's development strategy it is necessary to take into account all possible risks. According to the case study of Naberezhnye Chelny city, all vulnerabilities of the system that today are typical almost for all Russian cities were analyzed, classification of risks was made, and means of their control were suggested. Solutions proposed as a result of the SWOT-analysis can be used when developing transport strategies for other cities with similar specificity.
The article is devoted to the analysis of possibilities of using alternative types of fuel in transport. Gas engine fuels are considered as potential energy carriers for diesel engines. Since the constructions of vehicles, using gas and traditional types of fuel, have some differences, the most important are the issues of ensuring trouble-free operation: the reliability of design, the development of petrol station chain, and the corporate service system. One of the ways of solving the problem of forecasting the need to expand the network of gas-filling stations for natural gas vehicles (NGV)is presented in the work. It is implemented in the form of program module that allows taking into account the prospects for expansion of the natural gas vehicles park, as well as the risks, which may arise in the process of realization of the long-term strategies for the development of this direction. The issues of ensuring the operational reliability of NGV are considered. The developed methods are aimed at improving the corporate service system of PJSC "KAMAZ". Fundamental defects of gasengines and failures distribution, depending on the operational kilometers, arising in the warranty period of operation, are analyzed in the work.
IMPROVING THE LOGISTICAL PROCESSES IN CORPORATE SERVICE SYSTEMSummary. The study deals with enhancing the reliability of freight cars by improving the corporate service system. Assessing of the quality of spare parts suppliers is discussed. An algorithm for supplier selection and an evaluation method, based on cluster analysis of indicators of supplier reliability, is proposed. Alternative developments for a service network, in view of expanding of the car fleet powered by natural gas-based fuel have been considered. СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ЛОГИСТИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССОВ В СИСТЕМЕ ФИРМЕННОГО АВТОСЕРВИСААннотация. В статье рассматриваются способы повышения надежности грузовых автомобилей путем совершенствования процессов в системе фирменного сервиса. Рассмотрен один из путей повышения надежности -оценка качества поставщиков запасных частей. Предложен алгоритм выбора поставщиков и метод оценки, основанный на кластерном анализе показателей надежности поставщика. Рассмотрены варианты развития сервисной сети при расширении парка автомобилей на газомоторном топливе.
The purpose of the research is developing tools for forecasting changes in the service system during the period when new models of automotive vehicles are being introduced to the market. Research objectives: development of the structure and composition of decision support systems to improve the competitiveness of the service system, development of a mathematical model of a dealer-service network and a simulation model of the network of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The simulation model takes into account the following parameters: the percentage of satisfaction for applications for spare parts directly from the warehouse, the number of posts, the number of workers, the distribution of the flow of applications from the concentration of vehicles in the service center, the mode of operation of the service center. The following research methods were used: methods of system analysis and mathematical statistics, elements of the theory of reliability, simulation, computer experiment. After verification and validation of the developed model, a computer experiment was conducted with the current parameters. The obtained simulation values are reliable at a 5% significance level. The following result was achieved: a simulation model was built for the functioning of the dealer-service network that can be used in strategic planning for expanding the service network and entering new markets.
