The purpose of this study to discribe the quality of health care at Sidoarjo Hospitals, exactly outpatient of iclinic executives and to determines the factors that inhibiting the implementation of health care for outpatient of clinic executive. This study used a Descriptive Qualitative Method. Technique of deciding informant by snowball sampling. Primary data were obtained by in-depth interviews with key informants head room of installation pavilion Sidoarjo Hospital, two nurse of executive polyclinic Sidoarjo hospital and 12 patient and patient's family of polyclinic executive Sidoarjo hospital are as informants. The results showed that the quality of health care at policlinic executives by perseption of respondents in terms of five dimensions of service quality models ServQual include dimensional visibility physical (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) overall get a positive response from community. Factor that inhibiting implementation of service quality are a lack of medical personnel (nurses) at the policlinic executives, so they have to do multi task at a same time. There are unavailable fix doctor schedule and medical facilities not integrated yet has been the factors that inhibit the implementation of health care of clinic executives too.
Education is the most important aspect of the process of empowering and developing the quality of the State. Innovations in education services must be made to keep up with technological developments and the demands of society. One of the innovations in education services is PPDB Online. PPDB online is an electronic-based service system used in the process of admitting new students in high school. This paper explains the application of PPDB Online as an educational service innovation in East Java Provincial Education Office, Surabaya Branch. The application of PPDB Online in East Java Provincial Education Office, Surabaya Branch, as innovation in education service defined through the five e-service dimensions there is ease of use, e-scape, customization, responsiveness, and assurance. Ease of use means that the application of PPDB online makes it easy to register online. E-scape means that the application design created by East Java Provincial Education Office, Surabaya Branch provides comfort and convenience for PPDB users online. Customization means that the application makes it easy for users to convey constraints regarding PPDB online. Responsiveness means that the consumer inquiries and requests can be responded to quickly. Assurance means the data of the user is safe because to access the user must register and have a password to access PPDB online.
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of conditional cash transfer programs in reducing poverty and hunger. This qualitative descriptive research is located in Kabupaten Temanggung, Central Java. Data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The selection of informants was done by purposive sampling technique. Informants in this research is the head of social assistance of Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Temanggung as the head of UPPKH Kabupaten Temanggung. Data analysis technique using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model. The results of this research indicate that after 2 years implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) as conditional cash transfer program in Kabupaten Temanggung, the output has not been achieved. Seen from before and after implementation of PKH, there is no different in nutrition status of infants and toddlers as well as the family welfare. The progress is almost the same, still in a constant state before and after PKH implemented. The condition show that the conditional cash transfer program in Kabupaten Temanggung has not been effective in eradicate poverty and hunger.
This study aims to analyze and describe the coordination of actors in the implementation of Lusi Island tourism development in Kedungpandan Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model proposed by Miles and Huberman, consisting of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the coordination of actors in the implementation of Lusi Island tourism development in Kedungpan Village and Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency was carried out by interactive dialogue communication between actors, communication via WhatsApp, and holding exhibitions. Coordination and promotion are also carried out online. Comprehensive information on the leadership in the development of Lusi Island tourism is shown by the party who scheduled the meeting, namely Pokdarwis through public relations.
This study aims to analyze the simplification of the bureaucracy in the Purwodadi Botanical Gardens, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by reviewing legislation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used by the author in this research is interactive model analysis. Bureaucratic simplification is a mandate from the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2021 concerning Simplification of Organizational Structure in Government Agencies for Bureaucratic Simplification. Simplification of the bureaucracy aims to realize effective and efficient government governance by optimizing the use of an electronic-based government system. The implementation of bureaucratic simplification presents its problems and challenges, especially related to employee adaptation.
