This study aimed to find out a depiction of school policies in the implementation of students’ disciplinary character at SDN 77 of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach, and the subjects were Islamic education teachers, classroom teachers, and the school principal. Subsequently, the data collection techniques of this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis adopted Miles’ et al theory comprised of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the application of disciplinary character education was integrated into subjects in accordance with the materials and objectives to be achieved and resting upon the school culture including class culture. Class culture referred to the culture associated with the application of disciplinary character education and responsibility as seen from the activities commonly carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom.
The main problem facing education today is the quality of human resources are low and not sanggupnya follow the progress of science and technology in the era of globalization, where competition quality menajdi something very urgent met by the school, then you need to do is improve the quality of human resources, both from the aspect of intellectual, spiritual, creativity, morality, and responsibility. This study aims to determines how the principal strategy in improving the competence of teachers in terms of pedagogical, professional, personal and social. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. It can be concluded that the principal strategy in improving the competence of teachers through empowerment by education supervisors.
This study aims to analyze educators' responses to implementing the blended learning model based on MOOCs assisted by augmented reality or the so-called BMA model. This BMA model is applied to the learning process using the MOOCs system that has been developed with augmented reality assistance in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. To determine the response of prospective educators in the study, data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire given to 47 students. This questionnaire consists of 17 question items with 4 Likert scales. The data analysis technique used qualitative, quantitative data analysis. To test the quality of the questionnaire given, data analysis was used using the Rasch model and the winsteps application. Based on the research results, it was found that the instrument data used were valid and reliable. The results of student responses obtained are in very good criteria. This is reinforced by the results of the validity calculation in the rasch analysis which was carried out which stated that 17 items were declared valid and no items were issued. In addition, the value of the calculation of data reliability using the alpha cronbach method with a score of 0.91 is higher than the r table value for α = 0.05 0.2876. Thus it can be said that the data used is reliable and prospective educators respond very well to the use of this BMA model in the implementation of the learning process through the MOOCs system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah mempunyai peranan yang strategis dalam pembentukan akhlak dan pribadi siswa. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru belum optimal berdampak positif dalam pembentukan akhlakul karima pada diri siswa, terlihat akhlak siswa yang masih mencerminkan akhlak yang tercela, misalnya siswa sering ribut dikelas ketika guru menjelaskan pelajaran, bolos pada jam sekolah, tawuran dan sebagainya. Untuk menjawab persoalan-persoalan tersebut perlu diterapkan suatu cara alternatif mempelajari Pendidikan Agama Islam yang kondusif dengan suasana yang cenderung rekreatif sehingga memotivasi siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi kreativitasnya. Salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan adalah dengan penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi beberapa pihak, antara lain bagi guru, pembelajaran kontekstual ketika diterapkan pada bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam.
