Learning activities carried out online have several drawbacks. In online learning activities, teachers experience problems carrying out learning activities. These obstacles include the lack of appropriate media to be used in learning activities. The problems that occur indicate that in learning activities students have difficulty in understanding learning materials and learning motivation is still low. Therefore, in learning activities, teachers must prepare quality learning. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome these problems is through the use of appropriate learning media. So that it can improve the process and better learning outcomes. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach. The purpose of this research is to develop learning technology in the form of interactive multimedia based on problem-based learning. The steps used in this research and development is the ADDIE development model. The research data was obtained through a media validation sheet instrument by an expert. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively descriptively. The results of the media feasibility test based on the validation results obtained a value of 80%. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on problem-based learning is feasible to be used in learning activities. The results of this study imply that the use of interactive multimedia based on problem-based learning plays an important role in the effectiveness of learning activities.

Це дослідження має за мету вивчити вплив учбової моделі Техніки Виявлення Цінності на відчуття любові до Батьківщини на четвертому ступені початкової школи або SekolahDasar (SD) в Індонезії. Дослідження було здійснено в мікрорайоні SD Negeri 1 Karangmoncol PurbalinggaKarangsari, використовуючи квазі-експериментальне дослідження на прикладах нееквівалентного дизайну контрольної групи. Це дослідження використовує дві групи: експериментальну-із застосуванням учбової моделі Техніки виявлення цінності та контрольну модель-без преференціального навчання. Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що: 1) почуття любові до Батьківщини студентів четвертого ступеня демонструються учбовою моделлю Техніки Виявлення Цінності, 2) в наявності модель взаємодії навчання та почуття любові до Батьківщини, 3) почуття любові до Батьківщини при застосуванні учбової моделі Техніки Виявлення Цінності вище, ніж у студентів кооперативної моделі навчання. Sejarah konstitusi Indonesia dapat dikatakan telah melewati berbagai  tahap perkembangan. Tiap tahap memunculkan model ketatanegaraan yang khas, sampai  karena trauma masa lalu terutama akibat praktik politik Orde Baru yang  menyalahgunakan konstitusi untuk tujuan kekuasaannya yang sentralistik dan otoriter, memunculkan ide untuk mengamandemen UUD 1945. Tahap perkembangan konstitusi di Indonesia dapat dikelompokkan menjadi beberapa periode. Periode pertama berlaku UUD 1945, periode kedua berlaku Konstitusi RIS 1949, periode ketiga berlaku UUDS 1950, Periode keempat berlaku kembali UUD 1945 beserta Penjelasannya. Setelah itu UUD 1945 diubah berturut-turut pada tahun 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 dengan menggunakan naskah yang berlaku mulai 5 Juli 1959 sebagai standar dalam melakukan perubahan di luar teks yang kemudian dijadikan lampiran yang tak terpisahkan dari naskah UUD 1945. Mengamandemen konstitusi (undang-undang dasar) jelas bukan urusan sederhana. Sebab undang-undang dasar merupakan desain utama negara untuk mengatur berbagai hal fundamental dan strategis, dari soal struktur kekuasaan dan hubungan antar kekuasaan organ negara sampai hak asasi manusia. Proses amandemen UUD 1945 terjadi secara bertahap selama empat kali. Ada berbagai kekurangan dalam empat tahap amandemen tersebut yang mendapat sorotan tajam di antara para pengamat, yang memunculkan ide perlunya dibentuk Komisi Konstitusi yang akan membantu melakukan koreksi dan mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan itu untuk amandemen mendatang.

Learning in 21 st century is very important. The needs of teacher and student can be known by interviewe and observation. The content of the book in elementary school is good but some material is not child friendly and makes misconception for the student. The content of the book was giving effect for the student. Misconception influenced self-actualization of students. It is important to answer the needs of teacher and student in learning. The teacher said that needed media for improving self-actualization student through lift the flapstory book based on child friendly. Children are entitled to develop according to physic and mental development. Level of human need is different. The human need is self-actualization. Self-actualization in learning can be enhanced through learning media. One of learning media is lift the flap story book based on child friendly. This study aimed to determine the needs of teachers to the lift the flapstory book based on child friendly. This research used survey research conducted on fourth grade students of elementary school who were 100 students.
