Employees who have a high commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee commitment
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum serta pada saat pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan Metode Du Pont System pada perusahaan Manufaktur sebelum pandemi (2019 triwulan I – 2019 triwulan IV) dan saat pandemi (2020 triwulan I – 2020 triwulan IV). Variabel yang digunakan antara lain Total Asset Trun Over, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Equity Multipiler, dan Return On Equity. Metode purposive digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dan dianalisis memakai perlengkapan analisis Du Pont System. Pengujian perbandingan kinerja keuangan memakai Paired Sample T- test, dimana pengujian ini dicoba dengan memakai program aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Total Asset Trun Over, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment dan Return On Equity memiliki pengaruh Signifikan sebelum dan saat pandemi sedangkan Equity Multipiler tidak memiliki pengaruh Signifikan sebelum dan saat pandemic.
Selorejo Village, Blitar Regency is a village where some of the residents produce Opak Gambir snacks which are still managed using traditional methods. This causes the management in the production to be less professional and less organized. This program aims to improve education and training, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing, so that the management of this home industry will be more organized and professional. The method of implementing the program is by providing education, training, and coaching for producers. The results of the program show that the producer is very well educated about the principles of entrepreneurship. Opak Gambir producers are also able to make financial plans both for administration and also the selling price of their products. The producer is also able to determine marketing plans, which include starting from the process of determining prices, determining distribution locations, and how the promotion process is carried out. Through this community service, it is hoped that the producer will be able to manage their business in a professional manner, apart from being a source of income, is also a destination for the Opak Gambir industry.
Until now, the garbage is still a serious problem in the surrounding environment, both in the wider environment and the household community. Public awareness is considered very necessary in waste management efforts, not least for mothers of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members. Is waste derived from sachet beverage plastic waste which is currently very popular. The efforts to recycle waste into a product are expected not only to contribute to reducing waste but also to become a home product with high economic value. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) is used as an approach method to invite the community to actively participate in the development of an activity. In this activity, the community that is the target of this program is the mothers of the cadre of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members, they are equipped with knowledge first about the importance of participation in waste management and then provide training in making handcrafts from the remaining waste of sachet drink packs. Based on the results of these activities, the members of the Kasih Ibu Posyandu cadre have been able to produce several handcraft motifs derived from sachet beverage wrapper waste.
This study intend to create adaptive solutions to the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the outer circumference culinary Malang order to be sustainable. The reason is because so many problems faced by this business. Therefore, require a fast solution especially by maintaining customer loyalty. For that surely, need to look for a solution through empirical research. Further, the specific objectives of this study wanted to develop a new model to build customer loyalty and business sustainability through productive approach of customer relations, product accountability and governance-based Six Sigma (study of the development of SMEs in the area of culinary outer circumference of Malang). In this study, productive customer relationships, product accountability and governance-based Six Sigma as an exogenous variable, variable customer loyalty and business sustainability as an endogenous variable. First step, structural equation modeling analysis techniques used in the development and simultaneously test theoretical models. Second step, model tries out for selected small and medium industries. Based on the results of research conducted revealed that the productive customer relationships, product accountability and governance-based six sigma significant effect on customer loyalty and business sustainability. So that this result will be a new model in the culinary development of SMEs, particularly in the city of Malang and based on the trial results also reinforce these findings. It means the finding model of customer loyalty and competitiveness is really an adaptive model.
